Romans 1:22-23 Claiming to be wise they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man.

“Fake Glory”, at some point in our life we have all been fixated on the thought of finding satisfaction and fulfillment from something that is man made. Glory is something we all strive for but ultimately not all glory is good glory and no glory is my own. Nothing is possible for man alone yet we still find ways to give our selves all of the credit. Over the past 4 years being on Black Mountain has been absolutely life changing. From the very first week when all I wanted to do was leave because the enemy was constantly telling me I didn’t belong, to being saved a year ago in the same place I was told I wasn’t good enough. From a prideful, ego filled, hurting and lost child to an equipped child of God. “Where your love ran red and my sins washed white, I owe all to you!” I wouldn’t trade a thing for the brothers and sisters gained over the years who have helped me with this walk!

Thankyou WIHS Baseball for 4 of the best years of my life, this sport has given me so many brothers and friendships that will last a lifetime. Forever thankful for the memories made and the people that made this place so special for the last 4 years.
