I’m not one to usually do this but I cannot go without saying that this year was probably one of the most difficult and challenging years of my young life so far.

I struggled with severe physical health issues from a bacterial infection, anemia and multiple virus (flu, etc) that were followed by an awful body dysmorphia and burn out because I didn’t recognize myself.

I was forced to stop and contemplate how I have been living, what was causing me to keep being ill and exhausted. I learned that nothing is more important than listening to our limits and letting ourselves rest.

Not all is bad! I traveled, I got to love and be loved a lot, I got to work and create beautiful art surrounded by beautiful people and I got to learn a lot about myself. I don’t think could have done this as well without my friends. I have an amazing support system that I am incredibly grateful for. When I look back to this year, the good moments were with you, celebrating your achievements and achieving greater things together.

To the old friends and new friends I met, thank you!
2025 is bringing a crazy wave of change and I can’t wait to celebrate it with you.

Here’s to another amazing Annecy! So glad to have reencountered such amazing people and to have met many many more! I had a great time seeing people appreciative of Portuguese animation, as it deserves all recognition. Can’t wait to be back next year, hopefully with better weather! ❤️‍🔥🇫🇷🇵🇹
