I can’t be the only baker who has a mini panic attack at the crumb coat stage 😭🎂❤️

Because why does the cake always look like it’s falling apart before it becomes the prettiest thing ever? 😩 This is the part where I’m smoothing everything out, locking in all the crumbs, and praying the vision comes together exactly how I pictured it.

Before the cakes, the business, and the person you see today… there was a little kid just trying to understand why life kept changing. 🥺
