Café del Mar Spirits x The Old Fort, Seaview.

From the White Isle to the Isle of Wight, we’ve brought a little taste of Ibiza to the Seaview seafront.

Our house gin isn’t just any house gin. We pour Café del Mar Signature Gin as standard across our gin-based drinks and cocktails.

Ultra-smooth and beautifully balanced, with delicate juniper, fresh citrus and a subtle touch of sweet spice, it’s a premium gin inspired by the effortless sophistication and laid-back spirit of the iconic Café del Mar, Ibiza.

And the bottle isn’t bad either… 👀

Art Deco inspired, plastic-free and finished with beautiful gold detailing, its design takes its cues from the architecture and unmistakable style of Café del Mar itself.

Prefer vodka? We’ve got you covered. Café del Mar Signature Vodka is our house pour too. Exceptionally smooth, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of citrus and cream, it’s equally at home in an ice-cold Vodka & Soda as it is shaken into one of our cocktails.

So grab a table by the sea, order a Signature G&T or your favourite vodka cocktail and settle in for golden hour.
