Donelson has landed an amazing French inspired cafe!

They ae running @cremacrema and we must say they are doing an excellent job with it! Harlow Jr. really enjoyed her Iced Creme Burlee Latte. We also grabbed a double shot of espresso and a hot Vanilla Latte. All scored high on our chart.

Double Shot = 8.9(probably 9.1 in a for here cup)
Vanilla Latte = 9.0
Iced Creme Burlee = 8.8

We didn't have time to get food, but everything we saw leaving the kitchen looked spectaculaire!

Highly recommend visiting this shop, but please note they have limited seating.

Since it’s National Coffee Day, we thought there’s no time like the present for our essential guide to the Nashville coffee scene! ☕️

Nashville has so many great local coffee shops, we wanted to highlight a few more, and give you an easy reference for whatever you need with your cup of joe. (Of course, hours and offerings are always changing, so still check with a particular spot before heading out!)

Where did this dude go?

The 2023 guy was on a very clear path.

Workouts were fun not just work.

Recovery was priority.

Nutrition was dailed in but not complicated.

The 2026 guy is a few years older but mainly got lost on the path of life.

Workouts became less fun and more work.

Recovery has not prioritized.

Nutrition got pushed by convenience.

This is life!

Now time to get back to that 2023 path. by @caffcon
