A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME— Alpha

In just the last 4 months, I have felt so much growth and change more than I thought possible. I feel that it’s the perfect time to refresh and reflect. I wanted to take this time to properly reintroduce myself. If you’re new here or have been here for quite some time, thank you so much for your love and support! 🥹💕

I’m Alpha Bernardo, the heart (and hands!) behind Caia Bakehouse. Many refer to me as “Caia” (which is totally ok! 😆). Caia is part of my daughter’s name—my first whom I was carrying at the time when I started baking for fun during the pandemic, 5 years ago. Having my first child at the very peak of the pandemic, just like many, I had my own worries and fears. I decided to drop everything and take a big leap into the baking industry. I am now a mommy of 2 precious little ones— Aurelia Caia and Azeriah Caius (Asher). Last but not the least, I’m a wife to an incredible and very supportive husband ❤️

I specialize in creating bespoke cakes that are custom-crafted to tell your story — whether it’s a dreamy wedding centerpiece, a whimsical birthday cake, or a sweet treat to celebrate life’s little moments. Though I once imagined a career in dentistry and then in early childhood, I’ve found my true medium in cake design.✨
Every cake I create carries a piece of my heart, my family’s story, and the passion that started this journey in my little kitchen 5 years ago. What began as a way to find light during uncertain times has grown into something so much bigger than I could have ever imagined.

I’m truly honored to be part of your celebrations—big and small—and I don’t take a single moment of that trust for granted. Thank you so much for allowing me to do what I love, for being part of the process of this dream of mine, for letting my art be woven into your memories, and for walking with me through every season of growth.🌷

If you’ve made it this far, thank you for taking the time to read! 🤭

Here’s to more stories and more beautiful cakes shared together. 🤍

With so much love,
Alpha 💕

A celebration of two beautiful milestones 🤍

Designed for a client celebrating her 30th birthday and the first anniversary of her medical aesthetics business. Every sugar flower was thoughtfully handcrafted and arranged to create something to honor both the woman she is and everything she’s built. I loved having the creative freedom to bring this piece together and make something to celebrate a very special chapter.

Here’s to 30, one year in business, and everything still to come! ✨💐 by @caiabakehouse

When @roseavebakery invited us to host a pop-up at their bakery, I felt truly honored and was grateful for the opportunity. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for helping make our very first pop-up possible.

Also a big thank you to everyone who came out to support us. The turnout exceeded all of our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful. We were even fortunate enough to sell out two hours before closing! 🥹🎉 Your support means so much to us and we look forward to more opportunities to share with you all! 🤍
