…We’re gonna sing it again.🎙️🥀🚂

I have been doing Hadestown for essentially a full year now. When the show was first announced, I didn’t know much about it at all, except that it was wildly popular. It wasn’t soon after that I fell in love with the role of Hermes. I WANTED that role and was willing to work as hard as possible to earn it. After being told by numerous loved ones that I would make a better Orpheus, I set my sights on “more realistic” opportunities, but always kept Hermes in my mind knowing it would be a dream come true to play. Spoiler Alert: that dream came true. I will never forget the feeling of opening the cast list and seeing my name next to that role. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy to do and would challenge me in so many ways, but I was determined. And from all my hard work came three amazing shows with the best cast anyone could ever ask for. So to everyone who made this show the absolutely amazing experience it was, I raise my cup to you❤️ by @cain_hoover
