💥12 WEEKS TRANFORMATION💥

5kg added in just 12 weeks🤯

This is what happens when training, nutrition, recovery, and execution are aligned.
No extremes - just a structured approach built around progressive overload, sufficient training volume, specific exercise selection, a controlled calorie surplus, high protein intake, and consistent recovery.

The goal wasn’t simply to gain weight. It was to maximise muscle growth while minimising unnecessary fat gain.

AJ Bell half marathon & AJ Bell 10k back to back 🏃 💥

After a long week of running we managed to secure two medals 🥇

A few days before the race I fell over and injured my knee.
I thought the race was done for me but my team @made.running supported me the whole way 💙

Long runs on hold for a minute while I gain back some weight I’ve lost 📈💯
