POSTS STORIES REELS

Sometimes, things don’t unfold on your timeline because they are occurring on one that is far greater. Sometimes, the things you’d choose for yourself only rise to the level of your self perception. Sometimes, life is trying to give you more than you’d ever take for yourself, and you should let it. You should let it lead you where you’d never expect yourself to go … words by the ever talented @briannawiest

This isn’t what I thought 38 would look like. It’s brighter, bolder and more wholehearted than I could have imagined.

This year I was called to stretch and to soften. I made mistakes and bold moves, and I learned some stuff I plan to carry forward.

From Cait at Thirty Eight
1. Fall in love with your life every day.
2. Surround yourself with gorgeous, generous beings. It feels good.
3. Shake it out. Nothing beats a boogie.
4. It gets to be easy.
5. Do the damn thing.
6. Look where you want to go. Heart open. Get moving. Trust.
7. Always bet on yourself.
8. Choose love over and over.

May this wild and wondrous adventure continue to surprise and delight ✨

Respond to every call that excites your spirit. || Rumi

This year I also learned the importance of self-celebration. Behind these numbers are is a whole lot more time, energy, effort, money, doubt, clarity and commitment. May you find a moment to celebrate yourself for all you moved through this year.

Wishing us all another wondrous trip around the sun. Dream bigger! by @caitbrenchley

Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.
|| rumi

I am learning and changing. Just as you are. Every single day. With supportive teachers, guides and practices I’ve spent a lot of the past few years being with what is true for me. It’s involved getting quiet enough to hear what my heart is asking for, feeling the discomfort of accepting it, and moving through the resistance to take aligned action towards it. It’s not easy, or pretty, or straightforward. As someone who likes answers (and plans) I’m challenged at every step to surrender the outcome and do the next true thing.

I’ve rumbled with this truth for at least four months. A little voice inside said one day “teach”.

Huh?! Me? What?!

I am a dutiful student, but a teacher: no, not me.

Hello resistance. I’m experiencing it as a type this now btw.

In my attempts to accept this truth I searched synonyms of teach. They are; ground, guide, show. Mmmmmm now those I can do.

I have been practicing and training in mindfulness, reiki healing, the Feminine, mindset, and honing my intuition for a long while now. I use these in my own healing and have deep reverence for these tools and path.

So today, I’m opening to grounding and guiding you through intuitive healing sessions. I have done a handful and loved them. I have limited capacity and my availability is linked in my bio.

Obviously I’m new to this, but here is my commitment to you:

I will create and hold space that allow you to feel love, at ease and in connection to the divine goodness of the universe. I will help you connect to your highest self and ground into the knowing awareness you hold inside, so that you can live and create in alignment with your highest purpose ✨

Let’s do this! I look forward to guiding you :) by @caitbrenchley

The best week with these ski cowboys in Jackson Hole Wyoming. by @caitbrenchley

A year ago I drove with my sister to a Tim Hortons, got a coffee, two Timbits and this puppy. It was as strange as it sounds. I remember that day waking up with so much doubt worrying I’d made the wrong choice, done the wrong thing. But, the thing I’d done was actually listen to that tiny little voice inside that says “yes - that’s me, that’s what I want”. You know the one. It’s the voice that doesn’t rationalize, justify or need a plan. It’s the part of you that is incredibly vulnerable to listen to and follow through. That voice demands courage and conviction which are hard to drum up every day. I am ever so grateful I had the gumption to listen. This pup hasn’t met a dog, cat, person, baby or squirrel they haven’t loved and in their own ridiculous way are making the world a little brighter 💫

Silly. Loving. Generous. Independent. Determined. Kind. Crafty. Wholehearted. Qualities passed down through the luck of my genetics. Grateful today and every day for the exceptional women who made me, me.
Also appears I come by my love of turtlenecks honestly. #appledoesntfallfarfromthetree by @caitbrenchley

In every walk with nature, one receives far more than they seek🌲

May we see ourselves in the trees, growing our roots while seeking new heights and learning the value of stillness.
