Reason 84626294037 why I love weight lifting and fitness-
IT ALLOWS ME TO CONTINUE MY GREATEST PASSIONS EVEN INTO ADULTHOOD.

I have been dancing since I was 3. When I graduated and dance classes were over, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find opportunities to dance again.
But remaining agile, muscular, and in shape by weight lifting has enabled me to not only keep dancing, but to KEEP IMPROVING.

A lot of retired athletes find themselves in the weight room- and there’s a reason for that. Not just because you need something to do, but because it ALLOWS us to continue our passions.
If you need a reason to start, or a reason to keep going on your fitness journey, remember it opens multiple pathways to the things YOU LOVE.
