How in the world do you navigate all the variables during a hospital birth?! This episode covers it ALL 🙌🏼

✨How to “date” different providers until you have the right fit
✨How you should feel after prenatal appointments (hint:you shouldn’t feel rushed, dismissed, or small)
✨How to navigate accepting interventions you didn’t have in your birth plan
✨How to process a difficult labor/delivery when it went way different than you expected

There’s SO much value in this episode!!!

With my first daughter, I was a homebirth transferred to the hospital for an emergency Csection… and I can attest it IS possible to have a positive experience with a hospital birth. But it takes intention. And the right team to help you get as much of your birth plan as possible!

I’m so grateful for this open conversation with @doulacaitlin 💛
