After a gorgeous morning on Littlehampton beach 🌊☀️ we stopped off at @jimsicecreamkiosk for an ice cream🍦😋
I went for a soft serve generously topped with fudge pieces 🤤The ice cream was so light and creamy, and the fudge pieces were perfectly sweet and absolutely delicious! 💛

First day of the school holidays and we kicked things off with a visit to @yellowave in Hove☀️🏖️
We’ve been wanting to come here for a while and today was the perfect sunny day to finally check it out! 🌊💛
There were so many delicious treats to choose from, but I couldn’t resist the giant triple chocolate cookie 🍪🤎 It was packed with dark, milk and white chocolate and was perfectly buttery and crumbly🤤
While I enjoyed my cookie, the kids had the best time in the amazing sandpit, which was filled with beach toys and kept them happily entertained for ages 🪣🏖️😊
Such a lovely spot to relax, enjoy a sweet treat and let the little ones play ☀️💙

☀️I popped by @theflourpotbakerybrighton in Southwick this morning for a coffee and a sweet treat. I’d had my eye on their Funfetti cake for a while, so when I spotted there was just one slice left, it was meant to be! 🌈🍰
I grabbed a table in the sunshine and enjoyed my cake - it was absolutely packed with colourful sprinkles, layered with icing and jam, then finished with even more icing. Sweet and so delicious! ✨

Two of my favourite things - ice cream🍦and croissants 🥐 So when I heard @bayon.bakery were serving soft serve-filled croissants, I had to try one! 😍
This week’s flavour was strawberry 🍓and it was unbelievably smooth, generously filled inside one of their perfectly flaky and buttery croissants 🤤 Paired with an iced coffee ☕ 🧊 made it the ultimate treat for a hot summer’s day ☀️💕

🌿✨ This morning we visited the beautiful @secretgardenkt in Kemptown and what a hidden little oasis it is! 💚
It’s such a peaceful and relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee and an incredible slice of cake from @tablebrighton 🍰😍 The cake selection was honestly insane - every single one looked amazing! I chose the white chocolate & raspberry loaf💕 The sponge was so light, packed with juicy raspberries and topped with a generous layer of white chocolate icing and plump fresh raspberries 🌸✨

💚🍰 As a huge fan of Scandinavian pastries and cakes, I was so excited to visit the new @fikabakeryuk 🇸🇪✨ The moment I found out they sold Princess Cake, I knew exactly what I was ordering! 💚 The bakery is cosy with a few tables and a long window bench, creating such a lovely atmosphere as people popped in and out ☕️🥐 The staff were friendly and the selection of pastries was impressive!

The star of the show was definitely the Princess Cake - light layers of fluffy sponge, fresh cream and topped with that iconic green marzipan. Absolutely delicious! 💚
Such a fantastic addition to Brighton’s bakery scene! 🫶

☀️ What a glorious day! ☀️
I decided to head to one of my absolute favourites @readingroombrighton and enjoy a summery cake and coffee in the sunshine ☕🍰
They always have such a special range of cakes, each one looking completely irresistible! 🤩 This time I chose the raspberry and almond cake – super moist, packed full of juicy raspberries and flaked almonds and finished with freeze-dried raspberries on top ❤️✨
A lovely spot to sit back, soak up the sun, and watch the world go by! ☀️

☀️ The sun is out and it’s been such a lovely day! 🌞
Today I took my eldest to a friend’s birthday party 🎉 and en route we stopped at @coastalcoffeeshoreham for a little treat ☕️🍰 I couldn’t resist an @oatopia.uk Biscoff flapjack 🤎 super gooey, packed with Biscoff and topped with crunchy Biscoff crumbs. Absolutely delicious! 😍

Afterwards, we spent some time exploring the @adurarts art trail 🎨 visiting artists’ homes, studios and even houseboats 🚤🏡 Such a brilliant way to discover local creativity and soak up the sunshine 🌻✨

Today I spent the day in Newhaven and while I was there, I finally stopped by @gotbunshuns 🍪✨
This place has been on my list for a while and it definitely did not disappoint! The selection was incredible 🤩 After much deliberation, I went for the Kinder stuffed cookie 💛 A soft and chewy cookie stuffed with Kinderella and chunks of Kinder. Absolutely incredible! 😍
While in Newhaven I also visited the @lookagainnewhaven 50 Years of Print exhibition, an amazing collection of prints and a fantastic exhibition to explore ❤️

☕🍰 This morning I visited @mycoffeestoryy and it completely lived up to the hype! 😍
The cake selection was incredible with a huge variety of cheesecakes on offer too. I went for the carrot cake 🥕🍰 and wow... it was absolutely huge! It was light, moist and layered with the most delicious cream cheese frosting 🤤✨
Such a cosy little cafe tucked away in Kemptown, with a lovely atmosphere and plenty of sweet treats to choose from 💕☕

🥐✨ A little pitstop at @sugardoughhove this morning and wow… if you want incredible pastries, this is the place you need to visit. Freshly baked in store, the selection is amazing 🤍
I went for the almond croissant and it was absolute perfection 😍 Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, packed with a generous almond filling and topped with crunchy toasted almonds ✨

☀️🚋🌊 We took the @volks_railway down to the Sea Lanes on a beautiful sunny day and made the perfect pit stop at @fikasussex 💛
The sweet treat selection was incredible, but I couldn’t resist the raspberry & chocolate rocky road 🍫🍓 It was super chocolatey with the loveliest raspberry flavour and packed with biscuit and marshmallow 😍 delicious!
