I struggle with perfectionism and overthinking. Getting older made me realize that I still struggle. It didn't change. What changed is my perception of how I should deal with it in order to not get paralyzed. Yet I do.

I admire people who are just doing more and thinking less.

People who are simple, are fine with less, while working towards more.

I learned that to accept, that I'm complex by nature. For myself, I'm a mystery too.

How I think, how I feel and what I want, my body often goes its own ways. It's like an untamed animal, with its own mind. Sometimes it obeys, sometimes it rebels.

It's a journey. Time will tell.

Week 4 - Freestyle practice flow progression 🧢

Sometimes just stepping into it, moving with some nice music, watching some nice videos for inspiration and trying to copy and make it your own, is all it takes. 🌊

Freestyle calisthenics mix with parkour and dancing flow improvisation. Now I am sore for 2 days. 💀 Worth it though.

Come to @gamestreetmekkakbh and join the sessions!

I still remember that night, it was just too much. I'm happy you came to find me. So I could cry it all out.
