Finally making a hard post about this project I’ve been working on!!! This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as information, imagery, experience, etc, but I just couldn’t wait any longer to get it out there. ✷ Been doing sessions for a little over a month, and have made around 20 tattoos from the deck so far. Every single session has been amazing. I’ll be posting more of the tattoos soon!!! ✷

2025 was a DOOZIE (that’s one way to say it)! Here’s a small collection of a few of the most fun tattoos from this year •❈• I experimented a lot with my style, and a huge facilitator for that was the Divine Lines oracle project. I’m not even sure I can sum up what that project has done for my creative process, my confidence, the connection I feel with my clients- maybe that deserves its own post. Even aside from that, I’ve had the honor of doing so many just straight up COOL tattoos for people this year, and I’ve had a blast doing it. I love my job so much. Thank you for the trust and the good times. Excited to see what 2026 brings!!!! •❈•❤️•❈•

this armored poodle was a custom i drew for my client, timmy, nearly a year ago ~~ we didn’t end up going with this version, but i loved it so much that i kept it in a pile of other drawings on my desk, peeking at it every once in a while. i’ve been trying to post art/ drawings every other post, but didn’t have anything new to share today, so was searching through the pile on my desk- this fell out like a tarot card asking to be chosen, and i knew what i had to do 🫡 thank you for the fun project, timmy, and it was so good to see you the other day ♡ taken in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio by @cakpatrick

~✥• sweet bby dragons •✥~

i told you i was on a fantasy kick!! i imagine these little creatures being the size of newts, or, at their largest, maybe the size of a small cat or ferret. ✥ real talk, i haven’t ever been super into drawing dragons - there are so many other artists out there who are soooo good at it (i have a huge dragon on my leg by @revoltingworship to prove it), and i think i’ve always overcomplicated their anatomy in my mind. but i recently made a custom dragon tattoo for a dear friend, and it made me so happy! it really got me wanting to let go of rules of anatomy, experiment, and finally have fun with them. so i just let it rip on this ‘blackwork dragon + flower(s)’ idea. they really are little newtish ones •✥• which one is your favorite?? taken in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio by @cakpatrick

~✥ september recap ✥~ this month was packed! first full month of living in our new place. being a little closer to nature has made me feel so much calmer and more like myself ~✥~ tagging along to some epic shows with @georgebrazil has been so fun, though i usually can’t wait to get home / get into pjs! not at all afraid to admit i’ve become a homebody again after years of being out and about at all hours. feels good to settle down ♡ taken in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio by @cakpatrick

i’ve been rereading A Wizard of Earthsea (and of course doing the yearly rewatch of LOTR) and it feels like a big warm hug~ fantasy is one of my happy places, and it’s comforting to have images of dragons, wizards, ships steered by magical winds, magic rings, and moody towers in my head ✥ excited to move on to Tombs of Atuan because the imagery in that one is crazyyyy 🕳️ anyone else love the Earthsea trilogy (or LOTR)? any ideas of what cozy fantasy flash i should draw next? 🐉💍🧚‍♀️ taken in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio by @cakpatrick
