Sixers Leadership Retreat.

You either need to increase your sacrifice, or decrease your desire.

What a life we live. The leaders spent the last 72 hours in the red rocks game planning the next 6 months of our summer.

What you don’t measure you can’t control.
Safe to say we measured…. heres a few takeaways

l. If you don’t look at your circle and get inspired, then you don’t have a circle, you have a cage.

ll. Starve problems, feed opportunities

lll. If you don’t heal what hurt you, you’ll bleed on people who never cut you

The plan is clear. The vision is simple. Make millionaires through the 5 F’s.

T-6 days till hell breaks loose

Sixers on top.

BET ON YOURSELF.

Most people wait for the “right time.” Door to door teaches you there isn’t one.

You learn how to handle rejection without flinching, communicate with anyone, and create your own income—no shortcuts, no handouts. Just growth.

It’s uncomfortable. It’s humbling. It’s worth it. by @calder.iverson

Be yourself long enough and the right doors will open.

I used to think waiting meant standing still. Now I know it’s about moving quietly. Building character. Sharpening skills. Getting my heart right. Not everything is meant to happen all at once, and not every season is meant to be seen. Some wins are delayed so they can be sustained. I’m okay waiting—because I know what I’m waiting for.

PLEASE READ…

I used to think “freedom” was just a word people used online.
Now I live it.

Working door-to-door in solar taught me something most jobs never will:
you don’t need permission to build a life you’re proud of.

I set my own hours.
I decide how hard I go.
I take trips when I want.
I’m present with family and friends.
And I get paid directly based on my effort — not a salary cap, not someone else’s ceiling.

This isn’t easy work. It takes discipline, consistency, and the willingness to bet on yourself. But for the right people, it changes everything. Thousands of dollars earned from conversations. Skills that transfer to every area of life. Confidence you can’t fake. And a career where growth is actually rewarded.

If you’re tired of:
• trading time for a fixed paycheck
• asking for days off
• watching others live the life you want

…and you’re ready to work, learn, and push yourself — this might be for you.

I’m building a team of motivated people who want more than “comfortable.”
If that’s you, let’s talk.

Freedom isn’t given.
It’s earned. taken in LIFE by @calder.iverson
