One final time finding fungi with fungus fascinated friends @_.hannahjones._ and @_its.tatum_ before we head to college 🥲

I did not know most of them, but about half were either boletes or small puff balls, which I think were almost all studded puff balls. The boletes were mostly chewed up by now, but there were a lot of new puff balls. taken in Reeds Gap State Park by @caleb.noerr08

Just realized I never posted any of the pictures I took on vacation... oops!

We went to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The mountains were huge and everything was so pretty. We were driving out of Yellowstone and this part of the song, the peak of the second movement, was playing right as we rounded a corner and the mountain range came in to full view in front of us. It was absolutely surreal. by @caleb.noerr08

Goodness does time fly

Looking through my camera roll and realizing we did allllll of this in one month was kind of crazy, but it was a lot of fun. Honestly I don't know if May could have been more whimsical, and that, I have concluded, means that it couldn't have been a better month. by @caleb.noerr08

We made it! 💜🖤🎓

For the whole entire thirteen years, I knew I could always count on my family, my friends, and my teachers. I wouldn't have been able to any of this without them, so thank you so much for your love and support. I will never forget it.

I am so glad that I let myself branch out this year. I got a lot closer with some absolutely incredible human beings, and I met a lot of new people as well. I am so thankful to you all for showing me how incredible the world is by being exactly the people who make it incredible.

Thank you for the for the music, the memories, the wins, the losses, the joy, the sorrow, the lessons, the laughter, and every single little moment in between. I am so proud to know each and every one of my friends. I am so exited to see what changes we can make in the world; with such a passionate and talented group of people, it isn't a matter of if. by @caleb.noerr08

My very last high school concert is now in the books!

Breakfast Club had supper, so we were momentarily the Dinner Club, then we got to perform at the jazz fest. The high school jazz band then performed. Then a few of us had a jam session til round about midnight, and it may have been epic.

I am so grateful to my friends for believing in my idea to start a group several years ago, and I am so glad that we've come so far. Thank you to anyone who has ever played with the Breakfast Club; it truly means a lot. A special thank you to everyone who was there this year. I am extremely proud of how everything turned out and I couldn't have asked for a better group of musicians to bring my ideas to life so vividly.

Jazz band has always been my favorite ensemble to be a part of. As I said last night, it is one of the rawest and most passionate expressions of human emotion. The heart and soul of the performers almost becomes tangible and you can't help but dance. Thank you to anyone and everyone who I have performed with and those who supported us along the way. I will carry this music with me forever. by @caleb.noerr08

MCHS Band Spring Concert 2026

My very last one (with a subplot where I play clarinet for a little bit? Thanks @_.hannahjones._ and @alia.diehl for being patient and helpful teachers).

9 years, 18 concerts, and countless more hours in rehearsal and the practice room. I would not be at all close to any recognizable facsimile of the person I am today without band: the music, the lessons, and most importantly, the people.

I have met all of my best friends through band. They are all wonderful and amazing human beings that I am incredibly lucky to have had the pleasure of making music with. Thank you all for every warmup, every specific, attainable goal we've met together, every rep and every run through, each laugh and every tear, and all of the notes we played along the way. I love you all more than you will ever know. by @caleb.noerr08
