๐Ÿ† **SCOTTISH CHAMPIONS ๐Ÿ†** Three champions. Three different stories. One very proud Fortan team. A huge congratulations to Drew Carters, Caleb Rigg and Molly Sell on taking Scottish Downhill Championship titles at Glencoe โ€” all three proudly clad in Fortan. ๐Ÿฅ‡ Elite โ€” Drew Carter Drew came to us to realise his vision for a unique custom race kit. Seeing that kit on the top step of the Elite podium is pretty special. ๐Ÿฅ‡ Youth โ€” Caleb Rigg One of our longest-standing brand ambassadors. Itโ€™s been an absolute pleasure watching Caleb develop from a young rider into the racer he is today. This one feels well deserved. ๐Ÿฅ‡ Juvenile Female โ€” Molly Sell Flying the Gromline flag all weekend and coming away Scottish Champion. Amazing to see, Molly โ€” and weโ€™re looking forward to watching where your racing takes you next. Three different riders. Three different journeys. All keeping Fortan strong on the downhill scene. ๐Ÿ† Congratulations to all three of you โ€” your custom Scottish Champs jerseys, complete with championship armband, are on their way. Gutted! Really not the way I wanted to end a really good season ๐Ÿ˜• Felt really good in practice and went into seeding with a really good mindset only to be red flagged just as i was entering the woods. Headed up for a re-run and thankfully made it down ๐Ÿ™ Went up for my race run again feeling confident but slightly more fatigued from my previous runs. As I entered Pinball I went slightly off line causing me to tuck the front and go down. Thankfully wasnโ€™t hurt and made my way down to the bottom steezing it up for the spectators ๐Ÿ˜ All in all a really good weekend and experience whatsoever ๐Ÿ‘Œ Couldnโ€™t be more happy with my performance this season, being my first full year racing downhill and taking home the champs jersey ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐Ÿ’ช Back to the off season grind and weโ€™ll be back next season bigger and better ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช - A massive thanks to @scottish.downhill for putting on an insane season of racing, had so much fun and many laughs ๐Ÿ™ - Another massive thanks to @progression__sessions / @joe__connell for the coaching and race support, insanely stoked with where I am and so keen to get back to work this off season ๐Ÿ‘Œ - Cannot thank @fortanactivewear enough for providing me with the sickest riding kit. Insanely stoked to be representing the brand and so thankful for all theyโ€™ve done for me ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ - And another huge thank you to my mum and dad for supporting me and getting me to these races, if it wasnโ€™t for them I wouldnโ€™t be where I am today โค๏ธ - #mtb #racing #mtbracing #ridebikes #fortanactivewear taken in Nevis Range, Fort William, Scotland. by @caleb_rigg_mtb

SCOTTISH CHAMPION!!!!! ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ‰ Could not be more happy to have taken home the title and to have come P2 in the race as well. I was feeling confident in my riding throughout the weekend and keeping it smooth through practice. My first run was smooth and consistent whilst also pedalling everywhere I could while my second run was a bit all over the place so decided to just chill out down the bottom and throw some Steez for the crowd ๐Ÿซก Some insanely tight racing with @thomasjenkins_90 and @madmillarmtb well done to you both ๐Ÿ™ - A huge thank you to my coach @joe__connell / @progression__sessions for the time and effort heโ€™s put into my training and riding, feeling the best Iโ€™ve ever felt physically and on the bike. Canโ€™t thank you enough ๐Ÿซก - A massive thanks to @fortanactivewear for the kit, keeping me dry and warm all weekend ๐Ÿ‘Œ - Another huge thanks to @scottish.downhill for putting on an insane event, will definitely be one to remember ๐Ÿ’ช - Big thanks to @jrcycleworks for all the work done to the rig (itโ€™s been a lot ๐Ÿซฃ) many thanks ๐Ÿซก - And another huge thanks to my mum and dad for supporting me and getting me to these events, couldnโ€™t be done without yous ๐Ÿซก - #mtb #scottishchampion #sdaglencoe #glencoe taken in Glencoe Mountain Resort by @caleb_rigg_mtb
