6’5” sophomore guard Caleb Clarke @calebclarke20 put on a shooting clinic for Jackson State CC (TN) @jsccmbb at the Midwest Jamboree. A lethal threat off the catch, he needs minimal time and space to let it fly. He leaks out in transition for easy buckets and attacks aggressive closeouts off the bounce to punish defenders. He projects as a high-volume scoring threat who will make serious noise in Region 7 this season. by @calebclarke20

🌴Intoroducing you guys to another Miami Native wing, this week we’ll be covering 6’6 wing Caleb Clarke. Caleb played alongside Triston Wilson as part of the 2024 Norland State Championship team, who we also covered a while back on the page.
.
📊After his senior year, Caleb was able to kickstart his college hoops journey at Chattanooga State Community College, where although he didn’t get to see the floor much as a freshman, moving onto this last season he played in 20 out of 29 games while averaging 4ppg, 1.1rpg, & just under one assist per game while shooting 42% from the field & 36% from the 3pt line.
.
‼️Currently Caleb has the prototypical 3&D type of play style, being able to use his frame to guard multiple positions efficiently while being able to spread the floor on offense having shown he’s a very capable shooter off the catch who can also shoot off the dribble every once in a while.
.
📶What’ll take for sure take his game to the next level will be improving his ability to play off the dribble. With teams anticipating his shooting ability, he has to be prepared to adjust on the fly when getting ran off the line whether it’s keeping the possession to score himself or create a shot for someone else.
.
📈It also wouldn’t hurt for him to use off ball movement in more creative ways other than trying to get open for a jumpshot, becoming a better player that can slip & cut will make his life way easier on the offensive end which will benefit him in the long run.
.
🔵Now going into this next season, Caleb has made the move to Onondaga College where he’ll be joining Siah Blot who we also recently covered on the page. The lasers are gearing up to go back to back MSAC Conference Champs with the help of these guys & we have no doubt that Caleb will be an instant contributor for the team on the way to a successful year.
.
♾️As always thank you guys for watching, catch you back here in two weeks.

Caleb Clarke is a problem on BOTH ends of the floor. The 6’6 guard brings size, length, and versatility that immediately impacts the game. Offensively, he can stretch the floor, attack downhill, and make plays in transition. Defensively, his energy and wingspan allow him to guard multiple positions and disrupt opposing offenses all game long. Caleb continues to develop into a complete two-way player with a high ceiling and a game built for winning basketball. 🏀📈 by @calebclarke20
