I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to be apart of something so amazing.

Life is hard, things don’t always work out as planned or as they should’ve, it is so unfair. It always seems like the worst things happen to the best people.
Losing my parents has been a roller coaster of emotions and has been extremely hard for me, but the one thing I can always turn to is dance to let out any/all of the emotions I’m feeling. It’s always been my happy place.

I hope this piece inspires you in some way no matter how big or small. Don’t let life’s challenges stop you from living your life and doing what you love.

Huge thank you to @_kipjackson_ for this opportunity, and to @itsemilyhagarty and Kevin Nalisa. by @caleighkellerman_

The Coached Collab at True Dance Potential in Long Island, NY was an incredible success!

A huge thank you to Coach Kelly from Hofstra University Dance Team and Coach Gabby from the University of Delaware Dance Team for sharing their knowledge and inspiring the next generation.

And special appreciation to our viewing panel from Stony Brook University, Molloy University, St. Joseph’s University, and Adelphi University for supporting and investing in these talented dancers.

Moments like this are what college dance dreams are built on. ✨

#TipTuesday: 𝘼 𝙇𝘼 𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙊𝙉𝘿𝙀 𝙋𝙊𝙈 𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙉𝙎 🌪️ Watch Caleigh beautifully execute 𝘵𝘸𝘰 a la seconde pom turn combinations — maintaining clean technique and control from start to finish!

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻👇
Use your arms for momentum—keep them tight, strong, and intentional

To break down the changing spots: start front, spot ¾ to the side, then ¾ to the back (remember, these are not full rotations!)

Clearly differentiate your focus and rotation on each count

Pull up through your pirouettes—stay lifted and supported

Finish strong with sharp pom arms and a deep, grounded plié

Train smart. Turn strong. 💪

We pulled it off!!💖| I can’t thank everyone enough for supporting the first event!!!! What started as a small idea with @caleighkellerman_ quickly blossomed into @thecoachedcollab! After coaching college dance, I wanted a way to still be involved and help dancers grow. #TheCoachedCollab: College Dance Team Clinic was the best way to kick this off! Thank you to the amazing coaches for taking a chance on us and the beyond talented dancers who danced with us!!! We couldn’t have pulled the day off without you. Super excited to see where this takes us next and be sure to follow us for more updates. NEW DATE & LOCATION for our next clinic is being announced soon!🤩🩷✨💖
