Danke, Florian – und willkommen, Lukas! ❤️

Auf die nächsten Kapitel der NDM!

My first real endurance competition ever 🥵

I was competing at 2-3 endurance format before, but it was no workout competition like this one @league_of_reps!

4 minutes time for max pull ups, dips, squat jumps and push ups 😬 And it demanded everything from me.

I feel very comfortable with a low repetition range, added weight and long breaks between sets. This was the complete opposite of what I am used to!

But it was a lot of fun to compete and see what I’m capable of.

Now it’s time to celebrate and honor what I’ve achieved. With the new extension of the PR-Pull Up & Dip Trophy I can display and showcase my max. pull up und dip numbers 🏆

This will be released very soon 🎉 taken in Hanse Sail Rostock by @cali.locke

Training was always part of my life 🏋🏽‍♂️

Actually, I’d love to focus 100% on training, but unfortunately, that’s not how life works.
Since last year was truly an eventful one, I had to cut back in this area.

I’ve put all the necessary pieces together so I can finally release my PR-Trophies. That was my biggest challenge so far. There just wasn’t any room left for training.

CaliBarZ is already 2 months old, and now that all the recent competitions are over, I have more time again. That means I’ll be shifting my focus a bit back to training.

CaliBarZ will always be my top priority, and if necessary, I’ll cut back on training again. But from now on, training will play a major role again, and I want to break my old records and add the most amount of plates to my PR-Trophies yet 💪🏽

My third competition is waiting 💪🏽🏆 taken in Rostock, Germany by @cali.locke

To build my own company is a dream of mine for a very long time 🏋🏽‍♂️

Set backs are part of the game. To get this business grow, I have to learn from them and don’t humble myself 📈

To combine the sport that I love and this company is such a privilege 🙏🏽

Dear streetlifters,
I work hard to get this business going. If you are interested in this idea and want to grow streetlifting.
Please leave a like, comment and share this to your friends 🙏🏽 taken in Germany by @cali.locke

Competed @final_rep_germany 4 months ago and managed to hit a new PR in dips 📈

Since then I had to stop training dips because of discomforts in the right shoulder 🤕

Now it’s time to rebuild my old strength and celebrate new PR’s with our PR Trophy 🏆 taken in Rostock, Germany by @cali.locke
