What are the chances I get my boat captains license before my drivers license? Or maybe my seaplane license?? Whichever one is better barefoot 😉 /// @berryislandlodge by @caligee
We’re on our flight to @berryislandlodge and who is on our flight??! Manilla says, “Dad look it’s Donut Lord!!” Who?? I look and see, “Oh my! Jess look it’s cyclops!!” Who?? Jess looks and says, “He’s from the Notebook!!” Dorothy says, “No that’s that’s James Marsden from Jury Duty!!” Then Cali finally settles the argument and explains, “No Manilla is right..that’s for sure the Donut Lord from Sonic!” But next comes the crazy part : Manilla our middle child who never wants to talk to adults he doesn’t know asks for moms phone then approaches James and asks, “Excuse me Mr Marsden, may I please take a photo with you?” !!! THANK YOU @james_marsden for being so kind and warm to our boys. You made their day. You truly are, THE DONUT LORD! :):):) Tag @james_marsden in the comments and hopefully he will see this someday! by @caligee
Our arrival to @wacosurf_tx! Growing up, did you ever have a big event or game and the night before you would shine your soccer cleats or prep your gear?? As soon as we arrived the kids waxed up their boards and got ready for our first surf session tomorrow! (also Manilla falling asleep after the looong overnight flight 🥰😴😘) /// #bucketlist #family #travel #surf #wacosurf by @caligee
😨 Cali’s 1st ever solo scuba dive was out of this world!! Can you find all these animals?? Lion fish, dugong, sea turtle, jelly fish, puffer fish, and a cuddle fish!? 😍 Dad said, “not every dive is quite like this, buddy” ps. If you or your family want to get scuba certified we have an exclusive discount for our Bucket List Explorers club members! ❤️💙💚 /// @thebucketlistfamily x @discoverycoron #scuba dive #bucketlist #family #travel #philippines by @caligee
PART 2 : I don’t understand this kid! 1st of all was he really awake and just let his sister reach into his mouth and yank out his tooth without even flinching?! He says so! 2nd of all, what does “beef it” mean?! New slang? I dunno..I do NOT understand this one..🤪🧐😅 But we sure do love you, Cali! - @thebucketlistfamily by @caligee
So proud of our young @caligee! He was asked to give his first ever talk in front of the entire congregation at church yesterday! 😨 Dad helped him prepare with just a little bit of advice : - don’t write it down. Just speak from your heart. - first introduce yourself. “People will care more about what you have to say when they know more about who you are.” - don’t just say the message. Share it. Instead of saying “pray more”, share a personal experience or story when you learned the lesson yourself. - And be sure to speak loud, look them in the eyes, and don’t forget to say “amen” ;) ❤️ WELL DONE CALI. You are a special soul. ❤️ by @caligee

LESSON OF THE DAY : If you’re going to do something, do your BEST! ✨ Great job @caligee ⚾️ FULL VIDEO TODAY ON @thebucketlistfamily CHANNEL! 😍 by @caligee
PART 1 of 2 : 😉 Cali has never lost a tooth. Unless you ask Cali, then once upon a flight from Zimbabwe to Zambia dad pulled out his first tooth! In reality, Manilla lost a tooth and little brother wanted to be like big brother so dad placed the tooth into the tissue and pretended. The experience was magical for all of us. I love the smile on Dorothy’s face and I LOOOVE the look Cali gives Garrett afterwards. He was so excited to place it under his “pillow” and go to sleep. ❤️💙💚 by @caligee
WE HAVE A FAMILY RULE : “You don’t need to eat all of it but you at least need to try it.” This rule has been important throughout our travels as the kids have come across many strange new foods. Usually they are naturally nervous to try something new but they follow the family rule and very often they end up liking it! Dorothy’s favorite food is udon noodles in Japan. Manilla’s favorite is raw tuna in Tahiti. And today, Cali got to try oysters for his first time at the @surfabudhabi restaurant! I’ll share more clips in our Instagram stories from this amazing restaurant. It was quite the treat to finish up an epic surf session and then enjoy a delicious meal overlooking the wave pool to watch other surfers! If you can’t tell, we are in LOVE with @surfabudhabi and so so grateful they invited our family to come experience this gem of a place! ❤️💙💚 @thebucketlistfamily X @surfabudhabi by @caligee
🥰 Because friends come in all shapes and sizes and places! 😍 This is the bellman at @mo_emiratespalace and he is as charming and friendly as he is tall! ❤️💙💚 @thebucketlistfamily X @visitabudhabi by @caligee
PART 2! Yesterday we shared a video from 4 yrs ago when Cali was only 2yrs old in Mexico. Now, here we are in the tallest swimming pool in the world on the 118th floor of the @ritzcarltonhongkong still practicing our breath hold (and still kissing our loved ones on the lips;) 😘😘😘 Thank you to the Ritz for hosting our family stay. We really love it here ❤️🇭🇰❤️ by @caligee
