As a busy stay-at-home mom of 4 who also homeschools, there’s ALWAYS something going on in our house! 🤪🤍

I'm a mom of 4 who's now in her 30's and I've honestly never had a skincare routine, until now. I didn't want another thing to do after bedtime, and really didn't have skin issues that bothered me enough to use a 10 step skincare line and the choices are a bit overwhelming 🙃 I did have some spots that I didn't love and more dry skin, but just left it be.

My 4th postpartum journey really has humbled me in so many ways. My fitness journey this time has really made me lean into what health means to me and what being strong means, for the long haul. It's required me to be more flexible in my how and when with four kids and so much changing each day. But one things for certain, showing up with consistency is what matters most for the long haul.

Skincare in my mom of 4 era looks a little different these days. Well, first off it's actually me taking care of my skin finally 🫡

I want simple, effective, and something I can actually stay consistent with.

The more I learn about peptides 🤝🏼 skincare - and how they can support firmer, smoother-looking skin, improve the appearance of fine lines, and help with hydration, I'M IN!

I've always been a more natural "less is more" type of girl and maybe that's from growing up with three older brothers ha. Butttt what can I say even after growing up I still think less is more in many ways.

For example skincare- I know it's something I should be taking better care of even if I feel like it hasn't ever been too much of a "problem" area for me. However, whether I like it or not just like everyone else my skin is aging and I know I need to take better care of it. Which is why I am loving my new three step routine 🤌🏼

No 10 products before bed or complicated routine. Just simple, clean, effective products. My kinda of skincare.

Maybe it's not another product you need in your drawer but, one's that actually just do more at the root. My skins been feeling less dry, brighter and more balanced all around which I am loving!!
