Join myself and TWENTY FIVE other instructors as we raise money for families affected by 🧊!

All proceeds made will be donated to NIJC - a minimum entry of $10 enters you into a raffle that has over $1600 worth of prizes 🎁! (Peep raffle prizes in a later post!)

Classes will range from 15-30 minutes ALL. DAY. LONG!

Call me Excited! Announcing @call_me_alaska , Deven Zimmer, as our next instructor for Flow De Lis Hoop Experience ⚜️

With over 12 years of experience, Deven blends hoop dance and expressive movement to help others reconnect with creativity and confidence. She has taught in studios, at festivals, and across digital platforms, always aiming to reignite the spark that draws people to this art form in the first place.

Her journey has led to features on The Today Show, collaborations with major brands like Nike, and even a video duet with Lizzo. Beyond the milestones, her true passion lies in building community, encouraging self-expression, and showing others that with dedication and heart, anything is possible!!

We have some bittersweet news to share: one of our amazing May retreat instructors, @iso_puppy, will no longer be joining us—but for a wonderful reason! She’s expecting her first baby in February, and we couldn’t be happier for her as she begins this beautiful new journey. 💕

Here’s a heartfelt message from @iso_puppy:
“Dear Hoopers,
With a mix of excitement and bittersweetness, I must share some personal news: I’m expecting my very first child this February.
While I’m thrilled about this new chapter, I’ve made the tough decision to step back from the 2025 Oasis Hula Hoop Retreat. I truly believe in giving 100% to the retreat experience, and with a newborn, I wouldn’t be able to fully immerse myself.
It’s heartbreaking to miss this opportunity to connect with you all and share my love for hooping, but I hope to return to the retreat in the future.
Wishing you all a magical and transformative experience.
