Because their time and space is truly unique and sometimes seems impenetrable, not because they don't want someone's presence but because that presence is too hard to manage in this moment... I learned the less I expect the autistic people in my life to be like some expectation I or others placed on them ....the more amazing is their beauty ❤️❤️ if you have an autistic person in your life you are so truly blessed

12 years ago Ninji and Neeyah and I found ourself over a weekend suddenly Living on this magical land in our beautiful old bus “Rose” ….she was our cocoon our safe bubble…she held us in a time when we’re trying to make sense of the harshness of life and people. This time changed us there’s no question but it didn’t shake our love for each other, our love for the beauty of this magical world we have the gift to live on, our laughter and playfulness, our trust in each other, our love for the moon and the planets, the stars, the sun weaving their mystical paths above us.. it slowed us, it gave us time to watch seasons change, to do even more art than ever before, to make tree forts and mud pies, to sit with our dogs and ponies every day, to take random drives to the dam for a swim bath..to take random road trips to see my big girls and their families …was it easy being wrenched from our beautiful home .. no of course not.. were there tears of sadness.. and anger? Definitely oceans of them .. but we learned so deeply that our home was not the walls we lived within it was what we shared in our hearts and from that time and many moves before we landed in a more stable home we have always known we will always have home in each others love. It grew in the girls the capacity to land in new places and make them home, it expanddd their love of nature and beauty and the desire to see so so much more of this beautiful world. yes this time of apparent loss and chaos changed us forever … for the better. And still our home is in the hearts of our big family, our circle of trusted friends, our animal family, and this magical planet we live upon. Everything will change in life but love holds it all

MAKE SOME NOISE!!!!
Is a new open mic starting up in Bega on the 4th October from 4:00PM- 6:30PM at the pocket in Bega
Tickets are linked at the top of my linktree (in my bio)
We’re hoping to make it a reoccurring event, so they are $2 to help fundraise!!
I’m really excited to bring this to the valley as open mics are such a lovely way to bring the community together and to share some hidden musical/ poetic talent

there will be a white board you can write your name down on if you want to preform, there will be a PA system, amps, leads, mics and mic stands, you can byo instrument or borrow one of my acoustic guitars (:

I will play a set from 6:00pm to finish off the night!!
Hope to see you there!!!!

Israel is the start of all the conflicts in the Middle East and it is the one that continues them. It does not want peace it wants control by constant aggression, threats and death… keeping the cycle going until the world gives up fighting their genocidal ways, leaving them free to occupy the mythological greater Israel. It is never going to change until the USA stops funding and supplying the weapons to continue to carry on their carnage. Two countries with a radical white supremest ideology that decides only white life is valuable and it’s their privilege to take whatever resources other nations have. Add to that ideology is their religious fanatical that they are “gods chosen”

Our work is to never stop exposing these old white mens lies, the system that keeps them in power, boycotting the vast network of wealthy men and women interested only in accumulating more money and power.
