haters will say it was AI 👻 by @callanfaulkner

Everyone’s obsessed with AI. Almost no one is talking about QI.

QI = quantum intelligence. God, Creator, a higher power, whatever you believe.

Since meeting @davidghiyam 2 years ago, I’ve dreamed of teaching AI and consciousness together, in one room, in one experience.

This week we did it! A full AI + Consciousness Day with 20 women.

We first built AI systems and AI employees.

Then we went deeper, into how you actually connect to QI in your business.

Here’s what I’ve seen after watching AI get implemented in thousands of businesses: AI can’t reach its full potential without a human who is aligned, connected to their intuition, and bringing consciousness into the work.

So I showed them how we use AI at The Uncommon Business to raise our consciousness and show us patterns we’d otherwise never see:

✨ A Limiting Belief Finder that surfaces the stories quietly running my decisions

✨ An Evil Speech Finder that scans my meeting transcripts for negative speech

✨ The Promise Keeper, an AI employee that finds every promise I’ve made and haven’t kept yet. Broken promises bring negativity into a business. I learned that from David.

I don’t talk about this part often. But it’s the secret sauce behind everything: how we’ve attracted A-players into every department, how we’ve scaled so fast, and how we’ve unlocked so much financial abundance. All of it comes from following the laws of the universe and the wisdom of the ancient sages in every decision we make.

Getting to the next level, whether that’s calling in your soulmate or your number two, is almost never solved by a system alone.

David and I are coming together to bring more of this to the world!! It’s been such a gift to teach alongside him

I spent a full day with @davidghiyam @callanfaulkner building the future of AI. Here's what they know that most of us don't 👇🏼

I entered the room and almost introduced myself the wrong way.

At a private AI and consciousness event, I was surrounded by 25 founders and creatives, and my instinct was to lead with what I've done: the businesses, the podcast, the years of building.

Then it hit me.

When I lead with what I've done, I make it about me.

The real story is what God has done through what I've shared.

The clients whose lives changed, the women who finally believed they could do something of their own.

That's the part worth talking about, and it was never mine to take credit for.

That shift changed how I see AI, too.

Everyone in that room is ahead on technology, and every one of them is still starting over.

The tools move too fast for anybody to "arrive," so the founders who lead well aren't chasing the newest tool.

They're anchored in something that doesn't change: who they are, who they were created to be, and why they create in the first place.

AI can amplify your voice, it can't give you one.

If you've been telling yourself you're too late or too far behind, consider this your permission slip to begin right where you are.

Get quiet first.
Know what you're here to give.
Then let the technology walk alongside of you instead of running ahead of you.

Tell me in the comments: what's one thing you're here to give this week?

Thank you: I think this is the list and then David and Callan too!

The classic entrepreneur trap, “I know I need to hire people in order to grow, but I have to grow before I can afford to hire.”

My friend who is a recruiter for a very successful company told me to hire before I was “ready” and it was one of the best pieces of business advice I’ve been given.

Hiring Carter and replacing his cushy corporate salary felt terrifying and risky at the time. But making that move demolished a limiting belief that had been holding me back for far too long.

So make a big move and go forward with certainty. That’s the signal that you’re ready to receive abundance in ways that you could never plan. by @callanfaulkner

October has been a BIG month in AI 👀

Our team spent the whole month reading, testing & arguing with every new release so you don’t have to!! I cut it down to the five most important things that will change how you run your business this month.

I’m sharing one new tool, one prompt you can steal right now, the mistake I see almost every founder making, a win from one of our students that made me tear up a little, and the debate everyone in AI is having right now 🥳

You’ll be able to tell by how you feel when you hang up the phone ☎️

You walk away lighter, the scary idea suddenly feels doable, and you’re already thinking about the next step instead of all the reasons it won’t work!

These friendships grow when you keep showing up, you celebrate their wins as loudly as your own, and you’re honest with them when they need it MOST. by @callanfaulkner

Anything is possible. I truly believe that.

Everything I’ve built started as something i decided was possible before I had a shred of evidence for it.

The relationship, the company, the team, this community… was always possible. But with AI, it’s happened faster than I ever imagined.

And I see it every day with our students.

Learn the skill. Collapse time. But first, believe in the vision. by @callanfaulkner

Happy birthday to the love of my life!! 3 years ago I dreamed of the day I’d get to be with my person, and I wrote her down in detail.

Independent, curious, creative, a student of life, a traveler, an adventurer who loves her family deeply and someone that wlso loves to drive so I can be the passenger princess all the timeeee 😂🫶 What I didn’t know to write down was that she’d also be obsessed with rescuing dogs, finding the perfect espresso and living abroad (that would’ve scared the living daylights out of me!!!) I also didn’t know she’d my built in coach and the person that encourages me to connect with myself and Creator on a level I didn’t know was possible 🤍

You make every person around you the best version of themselves, and I’m beyond grateful to be your person. Happy birthday @nicole_tormey ❤️ by @callanfaulkner

lol, we just love it when we see @frannie_pack coming toward us with an iPhone and a tiny mic 😅

But truly- as a remote team, these times together in-person are everything. Meet the people who make it all possible. 🤍 by @callanfaulkner

This is why I’m so passionate about this stuff. 👉 The ROI of investing in your AI skillset can be realized almost overnight in most cases.

I have students that are building tools that can handle the busywork they’ve spent decades doing manually... after just a few hours of head-down work with Claude.

Whether you join one of our programs or hit Youtube University like it’s your job... I TRULY believe that your future self will be so so grateful. 🤍 by @callanfaulkner
