More culinary side quest content🤪

I was a mocktender at a sober bar throughout my time in Northern CO, and I developed so many yummy NA drink recipes during my time there🍸 highlights include: a chocolate cherry espresso martini, a spiced sangria, golden milk spice mix, and SO many rosemary matchas🥵 taken in The Love Shack - Craft Mocktails by @callieconfit

Just realized I never posted some of the foodie things I was up to while in West TX!!!

Had a lil bake sale in Marfa during Chinati Weekend in October, featured this suuuuuper delicious salted caramel carrot cake and had the most fun.

I also got to do this table and charcuterie spread for a patio party we had at the vineyard, was so happy with how it turned out:) taken in Marfa, Texas by @callieconfit

During my time doing vineyard work in West TX some of my favorite harvest nights were with @altamarfa and I’m so excited to be featuring their wines for the second edition of Let’s Talk Texas Wine🍇 My friend Carly @sipandstoyawhile from @pangeaselections will be joining me to pour, and between the two of us we have so much wine knowledge and personal anecdotes from vineyard work to share!

ALSO This will also be my last tasting while I’m in town so come say hi before I take off for CA🥹💞 by @callieconfit

Matcha PB Sourdough cookies with a salty-sweet cornflake crunch topping 🍵🥜
These cuties were fermented for 12 hours for a chewy texture and lower sugar content! Might drop some with next week’s torts🤭 taken in Hyde Park by @callieconfit
