It’s here!!! Opening night for Footloose! Wow, I’ve been working on this show since November/December, it’s surreal that it’s finally time! I hope everyone has as much fun watching this show as I did choreographing it❤️ by @callies_choreography

This show is special for so many reasons but let me tell you a big reason it’s so special to me.
This is my first time in 5 years of choreographing that I can look at my work and be pleased and content with what I did. Normally I sit there and think “I could’ve done better” and worry what people think of the choreography, if they’re judging me, if they mean it when they say it’s good.
Not this show. I’m pretty darn proud of this show. I gave it my all. There isn’t one single part of this show that I look at and wish I could’ve choreographed it better. I don’t find myself seeing validation from others complimenting my work. Yes, I choreographed this show for Taylor and our cast… but also I choreographed this show for me and that’s enough. I’m genuinely proud of myself for this one, I’m happy with what I created and it’s got something beautiful that will stick with me forever.

Come see us for one more weekend! This show is amazing🤩 taken in Lincoln Trail College by @callies_choreography
