Back from a break, trying some new things!
This is a dairy free ice cream recipe that I used a rum based vanilla extract for. I talked to a friend who mentioned one of their favorite bakers always listed what they were listening to when they were baking. While I don’t usually listen to music while baking, I love audiobooks and for this week it’s been He Who Fights With Monsters by Shirtaloon. #dairyfreeicecream #audiobookbaking #homebaker by @calliope_bakes

Back to basics with brownies. Watching @britishbakeoff and getting inspired, although I prefer a simple brownie with too many extras. Waiting on some labels then hitting the local shops and restaurants with some gluten free goodness! #glutenfreebrownies #smallbatchbaking #localbaker #brownielove #fromscratchbaking #supportlocalbusiness #calliopebakes by @calliope_bakes
