Vacation Boutique Test Stay ✔️

Owners often ask what makes Vacation Boutique different.

One answer is our Test Stay process.

Before we welcome the first guest, we spend a night in the home and experience it exactly like our guests will.

🛏️ We sleep in the bed.
☕ We make the coffee.
♨️ We test the hot tub.
🚿 We check the shower.
🎵 We enjoy the little moments.
📝 We take notes.

Because that’s how we discover the things a walkthrough can’t:
• A mattress that could be more comfortable.
• A noisy fan or loose handle.
• A coffee station that isn’t intuitive.
• Little details that make a stay feel effortless.

Inspections catch maintenance issues. Test Stays catch guest experiences.

Our goal isn’t just to manage beautiful vacation rentals—it’s to create experiences we’d be excited to book ourselves.

What a season!!! 🏀

With only 6 players — practices were tough and gym time was limited (or non existent ❄️), but these CRUSADERS 🩵 never backed down.
I am truly honored to have been their coach. 🩵🏀 taken in St. Agnes School and Parish - Bloomsdale, MO by @callkeltosell

Our 2nd Annual Taytros Mardi Gras Parade was EPIQUE!🏴‍☠️ The theme this year was “Love’s Bounty” and I think we nailed it with our pirate ship and Siren songs!🧜🏻‍♀️🎶💜💛💚

Snow days are perfect for planning what you’ll enjoy later.
Vacation rental ownership can be about building assets that support both lifestyle and long-term strategy.

Plan now. Enjoy later.

If you’re curious what that could look like for you, Vacation Boutique is where we help owners turn the idea into something real. by @callkeltosell
