That’s SO thirty!! 💕🥳📺 Gosh, I cannot get over last night! Celebrating my birthday surrounded by such genuine, loving, and beautiful women made turning 30 feel even more special. 🥹💕 30 feels like a new season…one I’m stepping into with a grateful heart, big dreams, and so much excitement for what God has ahead. 🙏🏽 Here’s to Season 30…and all the beautiful episodes still to come! 🥂📺💕 Is it giving 30?! 😌 Oh she’s 30 😌✨ Can we get a little commotion for the dress?! That’s SO Trish! 💕 I remember being a little girl in our apartment, sitting on the floor watching That’s So Raven on a TV that was literally on the floor. 🥹 I never imagined that years later, I’d be celebrating 30 and looking back at that little girl with so much gratitude. SN: That is little me watching that’s so raven in that framed photo. 🥰 The colors. The melanin. Chef’s kiss 😘 Gorgeous ladies. I love them so much 🥰 Little Trish 🥰 My TyTy 🥰🥰 My beautiful girlies 💕🥰 My sweet Chasidy! 💕 My mommy 🥰🥰🥰💕 I love this woman so much! My sweet Chelsea! Jamaica, a castle, and a beautiful love story. 💕🇯🇲 by @callme.trish
Savon and I were honestly so surprised when Ava came to us and said she wanted to be in a pageant…but listen, she did THAT! 🥹 She stepped out of her comfort zone, pushed through her nerves, and showed so much bravery and courage. And to top it off… she won People’s Choice in her division!! 👑 Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. That’s my girl 💕 #pageant #girlswithlocs #girlswithlocsrock by @callme.trish

This weekend, I celebrated my 29th birthday with “Pilates in Pink” at a cozy log cabin-style ax throwing venue with some of my favorite people! “Trish’s Lodge Retreat.” Gosh, it was such a beautiful day filled with movement, laughter, and memories I’ll cherish forever!! Thank you to @yoginilex for being the best Pilates instructor! We thoroughly enjoyed her class. A bit challenging at times 😅 but we got through it! If you’re in ATL, you have to attend her classes! For me, 28 was a year of uncovering the roots of some health challenges I had been experiencing for awhile and trusting God in the process of healing. As I step into 29, my prayer and intention is to walk in wholeness (mind, body, and spirit) and continue being the healthiest version of myself. A special thank you to my friends and family who helped me make this day happen. I love y’all 🥹 @frankie_carmichael mom was workinggg. I appreciate you more than I could ever express! Love you! 💕 I feel so incredibly blessed for the women who showed up and celebrated with me. 🥹💕 Thank you for the birthday love and wishes! Here’s to Year 29! #birthdaylove #chapter29 #year29 #29onthe29th by @callme.trish
