I will always be of the opinion that we tell people how much we love and appreciate them while they are alive, not after they are gone.

Too often, we wait until someone is no longer here before writing long epistles about how much they meant to us, how deeply we loved them, and how greatly we miss them. Life is fickle, and tomorrow is never promised.

So live each day as it comes. Every second counts. Share memories. Create moments. Be happy. Be grateful. Love loudly.

Today is my birthday, and I’m grateful for the gift of life, good health, growth, lessons, the good and bad days and beautiful people around me.

So here’s your opportunity to tell me all those kind words, sweet wishes, and lovely things you have been keeping to yourself—I want to hear them now. 😊

Happy Birthday to me! 🥂🎉

Cheers to more healthy, happy, beautiful, and fulfilling years ahead. May the journey only get better from here. Amen 🙏. by @callme_melzy

Sometimes, the best therapy isn’t silence — it’s laughter, sunshine, and being surrounded by people who make your heart lighter 🌴☀️
We decided to pause the work stress, unplug, and just breathe.
Because life moves fast, but friendship reminds us to slow down and live it. 💙
