I’m truly lost for words. I was planning on writing this long paragraph but there’s not enough words I could say that can describe how great and faithful God is to me. I didn’t work hard enough for this, I didn’t pray long enough for this, I wasn’t faithful enough for this! There’s nothing I could’ve done to deserve any of this but simply because of his love for me, he gave it to me anyways and for that I’m lost for words ✨

February → July ✨

I didn’t show up at 100% every single day.

There were days I missed the gym, days I didn’t eat the way I should have, and days I lacked motivation. But even when I fell off, I kept coming back. This journey has taught me that consistency doesn’t mean perfection. It means doing your best, giving yourself grace, and choosing not to quit.

As a Christian, I’m also learning that discipline and taking care of my body are forms of stewardship. We spend so much time feeding our spirits and strengthening our minds, but God has also entrusted us with our bodies. This journey has been about becoming healthier, stronger, and more disciplined, not just changing how I look. 1 Corinthians 6:19 ✨

And I definitely didn’t do this alone. A huge shoutout to my coach @wansixfit for holding me accountable, pushing me, guiding me, and helping me achieve results I struggled to accomplish on my own for years!

Seeing these videos side by side reminds me that every imperfect effort still counted. I’m not finished, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. This is only the beginning. 🤍🔥
