We are truly honored to announce that Aiken Medical Aesthetics has once again been recognized as the Best of South Carolina winner for 2025.
We are particularly proud to have been selected as the top recipient in the following four categories this year:

• Medical Spas
• Skin Care Specialists
• Hair Removal Specialists
• Estheticians

The Guide to South Carolina’s annual awards program represents the collective voice of readers statewide, who vote across more than 25 industries. This comprehensive recognition process identifies three tiers of achievement: Best of South Carolina winners, Regional Winners, and Honorable Mentions.
Receiving the Best of South Carolina designation represents a significant milestone, as fewer than 10% of businesses across the state achieve this level of recognition. This distinction reflects not only our commitment to exceptional service but also the trust our community has placed in our practice.

The love and support from our community has been absolutely overwhelming, and we are so grateful. Thank you to everyone who voted for us. Your trust and confidence in our practice continues to inspire our dedication to excellence in medical aesthetics and wellness.

Totally rad 80s throwback this Halloween at Aiken Medical Aesthetics! 🎃 We tried the 80s AI trend on our team, and honestly, these girls were born for neon 🤗

The iconic 80s style is something we’ll always love. When it comes to skin, though, we’re all in on today’s science. Modern skincare gives us so many ways to refresh, restore, and glow while still looking like you.

A little Halloween skin tip from us: Patch test any face paint or costume makeup before you go all out, and always wash it off before bed. Your skin will thank you tomorrow morning. ✨

From all of us at AMA, have a happy and safe Halloween! 👻

Some things are worth coming out to defend 🤗

Our lasers are some of the most loved tools in our office, and for good reason. Depending on the laser, they can help with sun spots, redness, uneven tone, and texture. At AMA we offer options like HALO Tribrid and BBL, and only trained hands get to use them. We match your treatment to your skin and your goals.

Not sure which laser is right for you? Book a consult and we’ll build a plan together ✨

Fall is the perfect season for laser treatments and skin rejuvenation. With less sun exposure and cooler weather, it’s the ideal time to correct sun damage, brown spots, redness, uneven skin tone, fine lines, and rough texture left behind by summer. Popular fall treatments like BBL photofacials, HALO laser resurfacing, Moxi, and microneedling help refresh your complexion and boost collagen so your skin looks brighter and smoother 🍂

Starting your skincare treatments now gives your skin time to heal and glow before holiday parties, family photos, and the new year ✨ And yes, spooky season deals are on the way! Stay tuned 👻

Our team at Aiken Medical Aesthetics would love to help you build a personalized treatment plan for your skin goals 🤗 Book your consultation today and make this your best skin season yet.

Happy OFFICIAL first day of fall!
Summer was fun, but it probably left a few souvenirs behind. Sunspots, uneven tone, redness, and that dull texture that just won’t quit. Fall is the perfect time to treat it all. With less sun exposure and cooler days, your skin can heal beautifully between sessions.

Starting now also means you’ll be glowing by the holidays and fully refreshed by spring! Treatments like BBL, HALO, and Moxi work best as a series, so this is the season to get started.

Not sure which laser is right for you? That’s what we’re here for. Book your consultation at Aiken Medical Aesthetics and let’s build your fall skin plan together.

Happy Friday! Fall is officially in the air and so is that weekend energy 🍂🙌🏻 fall is our favorite kind of self care, and we’ve got the lasers to prove it. For now, on to the weekend! What are your plans? by @callmecari_

If you’re struggling with thin lashes or brows, you’re not imagining it, and it’s not by accident. Years of lash extensions, over plucking, and getting older all wear down the same thing, the follicle itself, and once that happens, lashes and brows come in thinner, sparser, and slower than they used to.
Obagi’s lash and brow serum is formulated with biotin, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid to nourish and condition each follicle from the outside in. In clinical studies, people saw results in as early as 8 weeks, with fuller, thicker looking lashes and brows by 12 to 16 weeks!
It’s one extra step in your routine, no procedures, no downtime, just consistency. We carry it at AMA for anyone ready to get their lashes and brows looking like themselves again.

We’ve watched grown women tear up looking in the mirror after a treatment. Not because anything dramatic happened, but because they finally recognized themselves again. That’s the part of this job nobody sees on Instagram. Behind every Botox, BBL, and Sculptra appointment is someone rebuilding a little bit of confidence, one visit at a time. This Labor Day, we’re grateful for a job that lets us be part of that. 🤍 by @callmecari_

Every patient who walks through our doors is betting on themselves ✨ Choosing to go for it instead of putting it off another year.

That’s what AMA is built on. Not the treatments, not the results — the decision to finally show up for yourself and trust someone else with your confidence while you do it.

Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for believing in us. We hope you believe in you too, because we sure do 🤲 by @callmecari_
