One year ago today I told the best joke of my life. No idea what the punchline was, but so glad it stuck.

I didn’t do it to get fit, beat my best time, raise money for charity or try to impress anybody, I did it learn discipline.

There will always be obstructions to any goal in life but there are no excuses, these only become a reality if you don’t face these obstructions head on.

As always, the journey was more fun and more important than the destination. Thank you to all that shared some tarmac with me in 2024:
