Want to learn the reverse sweep?

Here's 3 steps we used in a recent 1-1 session with u13 Kent pathway player Eva to build up her confidence to play it against a bowler and eventually in matches ⬇️

1: Isolate the head and arm position with underarm feeds. Making sure to push the head to the ball, getting the hands high so you can whip through the ball.

2: Build in the timing of the 'step & swing' still with underarms to maintain confidence.

3: Put it all together with overarm hard ball throws to gain confidence from a higher trajectory 🔥
