POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Pleased to announce Juan has been officially selected for Folkstone Documentary Festival and will be shown on Friday 23rd of October.

The film is also being shown at The Porthcawl Elvis Festival this weekend, on Saturday at The Showdome.

Last year I had so much fun running around with some of my best mates being able to tell Juan’s story, a heartfelt tale that is almost unbelievable. It was an honour and I’m really happy with the film that we made, it’s slowly making its way out into the world which is really exciting.

Here’s a small selection of BTS from our crazy few days running around Merthyr with our very own Elvis.
Thanks so much to everyone whose hard work made the film possible.

A special thanks to Nan @onewavefilms_ and Lucas @jib.ber who saw the vision from the start and made the whole film a possibility.

Juan’s House, 2026.
These images were shot alongside filming, I’ve grown up knowing Juan my whole life but I never really spent much time with him. Last year we spent days together chatting, catching up, telling stories, memories and anecdotes, getting to see into his world was such a joy and I’m really proud of what we made.
I’m excited to share the film in the coming months.

My photo story on Bog Snorkelling has just been published on @itsnicethat

Shot in August last year, held in the small rural town of Llanwrtyd Wells. The World Bog Snorkelling Championships is a bizarre event where participants take on a 60 yard peat bog, the town is taken over for the fun filled weekend with all sorts of fancy dress and eager people attempting to take on the bog.

Antiques of the Future.

David Wilde is a Punch and Judy collector and puppeteer based in London. He discovered Punch and Judy at a chance encounter in Weston Super Mare at the age of five, and became enamoured.

He was later taught by Percy Press II at the iconic Covent Garden, and has been performing Punch and Judy around the country ever since.

David started his collection young, being encouraged by his Grandfather.

One of his most prized puppets is a Punch figure used in the film “The Punch and Judy Man”. It took him and his grandfather years to track the puppet down. They later heard of its location overseas and persuaded the owner to let them buy him.

He currently has over 1400 puppets in his collection, and is considered an expert in old puppets and puppetry paraphernalia.

After buying and selling since she can remember, she eventually trained at Sotheby’s auction house.

She has since lived in the same home for nearly 30 years, immersing herself in the buildings rich history, displaying her prized possessions across each room and demonstrating her loyalty to former owner, Mr Garrick. by @callumokeefe00
