2025 was another special year of live music - 82 gigs and 4 festivals to be exact! 🪕🎻🎸🎷🥁

It was a year of new venues, a year of seeing artists I've loved for a lifetime and a year of coming across artists, by accident, who I will love for many years to come. 🎤

Perhaps, more importantly, it has been a year of unexpectedly making friendships with some of these artists. People who have given their time, kindness and energy towards me and by family and hopefully I can give some of that back in return. They work so hard, to give people joy, and I appreciate them deeply. 🫶

A few highlights for this last year:

JAN: first time seeing @jonnymorganmusic live and first time volunteering at theamauk

FEB: @jamesbaymusic and @leifvollebekk at @o2academyleeds and @carlypearce at @alberthallmcr

MAR: @davidgray at @sheffieldcityhall and @bluebirdcafetn session at @c2cfestival

APR: @morganwayband at @nath_brudenell

MAY: @robertvincentmusic (@oisin.hassan and @_anna_corcoran_ ) and @ericchurchmusic at @highwaysfest

JUN: @springsteen at Anfield

JUL: @thescriptofficial at @scarboroughoat and @ellesbailey (and @dmarrinermusic ) at @thepiecehall

AUG: @coldplay in Hull and @sam_fender at @livefromwythenshawepark and @bobbie_music at @thelongroadfest

Ever the rebel, I broke the 'no photography' rule to capture one of my musical hero, Van Morrison!

His album 'Days Like This' was the first album I ever fell in love with and it's still, probably, my favourite album of all time taken in Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool by @callumwetherill
