I’ve been in this industry for 25 years. (Insert 🤯)

I’ve heard “no” more times than I can count. Every rejection, every closed door, every person who underestimated me only fueled me to work harder. I come from a generation that believed success wasn’t handed to you…it was earned through hustle, consistency, and refusing to quit.

I’ve learned to depend on few, trust the ones who prove themselves, and never waste energy trying to convince people who have already made up their minds. Let them doubt you. Then let your work do the talking.

Twenty-five years later, I have more wisdom than ego, more perspective than pride, and absolutely no desire to quit. If anything, I’m more motivated now than I’ve ever been.

Success means more when you help others climb, too. Be the person who opens doors instead of guarding them. Be part of the solution. Complaining changes nothing, actions changes everything.

Keep showing up for yourself. Keep evolving. Keep proving them wrong.

Here’s to 25 years… and to whatever comes next

Happy 9th Birthday to my baby! 🥹💓 You are all things quiet but showy, brave but sassy, gentle yet strong. You have the sweetest heart for babies and animals, and you are such an incredible daughter, friend, and sister. You keep all of us on our toes, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Your passion for dance, your love for animals, and your nurturing, maternal spirit are some of the most beautiful things about you. Watching you grow into exactly who you are meant to be is one of my greatest joys.

You are going to do BIG things, Everly Blanche, and no matter where life takes you, Mommy will be right there beside you every step of the way! I love you more than words could ever say❤️ #happybirthday🎂 #familyislove #babygırl @mattrmoore by @calstarrmoore

Donna, Linda, Patty, Sharon, Cathy, Jackie and MANY MORE friends pulled an April Fools on our kids yesterday and let me tell you… they truly had no idea whose mom was who! I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time. I immediately had an accent I couldn’t decide upon! 😅 I was an 80s mob wife from Bayonne, New Jersey, or I was Susie homemaker from Milwaukee, Wisconsin…I was very confused 🤣 but nonetheless had the best time! From the kids faces, we pulled off our mission. WAY TO GO LADIES! 😅💯🏆🤩😜🥳 @lockelanddesigncenter @lockelanddesigncenterpto @ms.millesime @zoejamail @tracynmarsh @sbrackeen @jamiedrowns @victoriabanksmusic @juliedavisjenkins @e.clairederoberts @alicia.k.anderson @maradrimmer by @calstarrmoore

ROAR - a scent louder than words. 10 yrs in the making, coming soon @ewbottlers #roar #speakeasy

Roar: A Scent Louder Than Words

More than a fragrance — a declaration. Roar is the bold, unapologetic signature scent for women who own the room.
Roar is the scent of confidence, bottled. A fiery and vibrant perfume crafted with top notes of bergamot and cedarwood. At its heart, Roar unveils a seductive blend of rosewood and musk, layered with rich, savory nutmeg.

Roar is authority and elegance all in one.

Roar—a scent louder than words. For the woman who speaks volumes through action. Who commands recognition, not because she asks for it — but because she earned it. by @calstarrmoore
