My proudest moment in business so far 🤯

If you’re not in Dubai real estate and don’t understand why this award is so significant, it’s simple:

White & Co has sold the most property over the past 12 months in Dubai’s freehold areas - meaning the areas where expats can buy property (which is almost all of the major residential market) 📍

This could not have been achieved without our amazing team who work tirelessly to get results for their clients and continue raising the standards of Dubai real estate 🫶🏽

What our team has accomplished in just five and a half years will never be done again 👊🏽

Just before the conflict started, I launched a Whatsapp channel where I was planning to consistently share tips, tricks, techniques, and insights for brokers, salespeople, leaders, and entrepreneurs 🤷🏽‍♂️

Then when something as significant as a war breaks out, priorities change, and it felt right to put that on hold for a while 🥲

Now, with the recent peace treaty signed and a bit more certainty returning, I think it’s the right time to get this back up and running 🚀

Over the past three months, one thing has become very clear to me. The number of messages I’ve received personally has shown me just how many people are taking the content, training, tips, and techniques we put out and using them to improve their businesses, careers, and results. When you have other companies sending your videos into chats & using your videos to help brokers, you know you are doing something right (I genuinely mean this sincerely, it’s a nice feeling knowing I’m helping) 🙌🏽

Now, that doesn’t mean I’m going to give away every single thing that we do. Some things stay in-house. If implemented properly and consistently, it will genuinely transform your performance 📈

Whether you’re a broker, salesperson, leader or entrepreneur, my goal is simple: provide as much value as possible and help you get to where you want to be faster 🤝🏽

So consider this a reintroduction.
