Learning wire work and body control for action scenes on screen.
Every movement has to look effortless on camera, but there’s a lot of timing and trust involved behind the scenes.
Would you try this or stay safely on the ground? 👀
Thank you to

This aired on CBS Football at 1:49 PM EST — and I’m still taking it in.
What you don’t always see is the prep, the patience, and the belief before the final cut makes it to TV.
If you’re an actor, creative, or dreamer:
👉 Every room you step into matters.
👉 Every rep counts.
👉 Gratitude + consistency opens doors.
Huge thank you to @nfloncbs @cbssports and @kylebrandt for doing an incredible job bringing this to life.
🎬 Watch till the end to see the BTS transform into the final promo.
💬 Drop a 🔥 if you’re chasing something big right now.
📌 Save this as a reminder that your moment is loading.

MODELS: your body is part of the composition.
🤍 Comment “NY” if you’re an artist ❤️
As a NY-based model, here’s something I learned fast:
the camera isn’t just watching — it’s collaborating with you.
3 posing tips I use on set:
• Create intentional tension (arms crossed ≠ stiff, it’s controlled)
• Shift your weight to change energy, not just angles
• Hold the pose after the shutter — that’s when the best frames happen
This shoot was about confidence, control, and trusting the moment.
