My soundbath training took place last month, and it was a special, heartfelt, long-coming, much-needed project. I love discussing anything scientific, but when it’s all thrown into a melting pot of mysticism, esotericism, spirituality and felt experiences. Even better. That’s the territory I wanted to explore when I started dreaming up this training. And, of course, there’s the rather obvious reason that sound has changed my life. Literally. I’m excited about the attention sound is finally receiving in healing spaces and medicine. But with that attention comes a responsibility to consider the why of this work, and how we approach it ethically and with integrity. Which is why this training is just as much about holding space, the humbling act of recognising that sound is a healer not (always just) us witches, and learning to sit with both the science and the science-doesnt-support-this but we sure as hell have felt it. Somewhere along my own trajectory with sound, I realised I couldn’t just keep the curiosity to myself. So here we are, because whenever something needs to evolve, change or pivot, I’m wholeheartedly here for the ride. If you’re curious about frequency, vibration, nada yoga, resonance, quantum physics, intentional spaceholding, mastering sound healing instruments and the mystical world of sound, my next training takes place in March 2027. The link in bio has all the details, or hit me up if you want to know more. Early bird pricing is available until the end of the year. by @cam.origin
In three weeks I start my first ever solo training. 50 Hour Soundbath Facilitator. Creating it, teaching it, doing it, working it! I love to share this practice so deeply. It holds great potential for self-discovery, self-healing -I know, because I experienced it myself. I’ll share everything around this practice that inspires me, moves me, challenges me, awakes me. I poured my heart into the material and it’s gonna be juicy. If you are curious about sound and it’s magic, you can still join. Last 2 spots are open to anyone who wants to DISCOVER the art of holding space, facilitating sound and diving into solitude with Self. Message me for more info 🦋 by @cam.origin
No trending audio, just the sound of us exhaling in nature. It’s been a week already since I left the forest with 12 gorgeous woman. This retreat was indeed one of the most nourishing experiences. I had so much fun creating it, and hosting it together with the dream team @koprdik, @sarah__shine and @phoebeelsajordan was such an honor. To be with woman in healing spaces, holding each other through ups and downs and creating an environment for pleasure, receiving, rituals and nourishment is one of the reasons why I love this work so much. Thank you to the beautiful land of @kvarnen.retreat. Thank you river, sky and earth for holding us. Thank u sisters for coming along. by @cam.origin

In between handstand assessments, @kailoyogacph meetings, trips to Sweden, content creation, planning a retreat, chanting, hosting run clubs, prepping for our 200-hour tt, and more, I also spend my time ruminating on how Hailey Bieber has so much influence over what’s “trendy” in the movement/wellness/workout scene by @cam.origin
Imagine this is where your money goes. Into a wholesome experience where your soul is left moisturized, content and bursting with love. It doesn’t require much! The most important is the people that you spend time with, and then of course the food, the surroundings and the practice.
