Hey y’all 😆 welcome to Cam and Kate’s scrapbook of side quests 🤙🏼 gonna be fire 🔥🔥🔥 by @camandkaterun

Scroll to see our training last week + highlights! Down week for both of us while recovering post BRR. Kept the mileage low and focused on some extra cross training + strength training. BIG weekend for Cam this weekend racing the Butterfly Challenge in Dollywood ‼️🦋 5k Friday night, 10k Saturday morning, and half marathon Sunday morning, totaling about 3,000 feet in elevation gain over the whole 22 miles 🤯🧗🏼‍♂️ then coming up in a little over a month, both of us will be racing the Hilton Head Half Marathon on Nov. 1st! Until then, focusing on getting some quality speed workouts/long runs in and just staying healthy!

BLUE RIDGE RELAY 2026 🤠⛰️🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️🌲🥉🥔🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️🔥

Incredible experience with awesome people! The Ville Billies finished 3rd in the mixed category with a time of 26 hours and 31 minutes. Between Cam and Kate, we both ran a total of 26.67 miles and climbed 3,811 feet in elevation 🧗🏼‍♂️

A lot of jokes told, hills climbed, baked potatoes eaten, kills made (iykyk), and very interesting jams played. Super grateful for new friends and all the laughs and mems made. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to go on this adventure with!

Needless to say, we are very grateful we did a little bit of hill training before this. Super humbled by the elevation gain on most of these legs but feeling very accomplished after conquering some crazy climbs 🙌🏼

Now to recover this week and then onto the next—several more fun races this fall for us so stay tuned for all the updates 😎

Big class planning day at @nspierspilates today 🤸🏽‍♀️💚 fun flow progressing into a lunge! Working on lower body control/stability like this has helped me soooo much in getting back to running post-injury 🙌🏼 Pilates is a huge component of my training so want to start sharing a little more!!! (This is in 2.5x speed btw lol)
