I been watching a lot of videos about eating raw ginger before you working out . So today I decided why not try it and see what it does .

What I got out of it instant energy, the inflammation I have in my Achilles not as bad . Plus I sweat a whole lot as I’m working out !

Yes it’s spicy but it’s so worth to add to your morning routine ✨ better than the ginger shot !!! I would recommend this 💪🏽🔥 by @cambochick

Today I took the opportunity once in a lifetime to walk the Benjamin Franklin Bridge celebrating 100th year with my friends .

I’m going to be honest it should have been plan alittle better because when we got to Camden side everything was at a standstill . It’s was a bunch of vendors but due to many people it was impossible to get thru .

Other than that it was an amazing walk seeing so many people coming out for a great event !

How did I end up with such a great amazing human being ? So selfless , a great protect and my safe zone.

He said let’s take a ride next thing we at dick’s ! He goes to say get on a bike and ride around see which one you like 🥹

It took him forever to convince me . I’m like no it’s your birthday week 😭

He said I don’t care this what I want to do for my birthday let’s go riding 🥹 and sightseeing.

He understands me in ways no one would ever . Even when I’m mad , or sad he’s there even when I get on his last nerve he’s so patient with me !

I might not be perfect but to him I’m everything and he’s my world 🌍

If your looking for that good Chinese food @sangkeenoodlecafecherryhill is one the best spot to check out ‼️‼️

📍1601 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill Township, NJ 08034

We order Peking duck w/ bao bun , cucumber salad, general tso chicken, steam dumplings 🥟 Beef chow fun ‼️

They been the best Chinese restaurant around since the 1980’s they have a few locations around in Philadelphia also !

The staff was super friendly ! The food was so delicious 🤤 the menu was huge I didn’t know what to really grab . But since they’re know for their Peking duck I had to try it !!

The general tso chicken was super fresh as well every bite was super juicy ! Cucumber went perfectly with our dishes .
