MUSCLE MONDAY
Albert King - Corina Corina (1971)
Albert King’s “Lovejoy” album was a Muscle Shoals/Stax crossover album, which means it features David Hood AND Donald “Duck” Dunn on bass. This is a great track. When you find a good pattern on the bass, just stick to it! by @camcarrus

MUSCLE MONDAY
Solomon Burke - The Mighty Quinn (1969)
This song was actually written by Bob Dylan, originally called “Quinn The Eskimo.” He recorded it during his 1967 Basement Tapes session, but did not release it. In 1968, Manfred Mann made the song a hit, hitting #1 on the UK charts and Top 10 in the US. by @camcarrus
