Day 42 – We made grilled quail with arugula salad and stuffed and roasted poussin with pommes anna. it was delish I’m a quail fan I think. And of course the potatoes were 🤤😋😌😻

Exam 3!! I have so much to say first I am so proud of my fabrication if anyone goes fishing give me your flounder so I can take them all apart. My tournèes (7-sided football shape) were fine 😱 No points off there! I needed to cook my potatoes more and reheat them before serving (-2 points) and add my parsley to the butter sauce at the verrryy end to keep its bright green color (-1 point). Overall really proud of this one and I ended with a 97

I will be honest lobster day wasn’t quite as scarring as I thought it would be but it helped that I’m 99% sure this will be the only lobster I dispatch myself for the foreseeable future

Day 34 – I ate my first hamburger since third grade and it was pretty good 🤩 We also made beef bourguignon and the meat was so tender I loove a stew. Overall a very solid birthday meal

Day 26 - our last day of lamb (for now)… verdict on the rack roast is that it wasn’t as good as the burgers but I LOVED the potatoes and will be making them again asap

okay so need to work on my slicing and adding more salt to my veg but overall I am super happy with this exam!! we had to break down a whole chicken and then make an entree with green beans and creamy mashed potatoes. I ended with a 97
