5 months of posting with ZERO sales… and now 5 sales in 2 weeks 🥹

hi, i’m Vera 🤍

I started my online business because i wanted to build something of my own 🧡 but it was NOT easy in the beginning.

for 5 months, i was posting consistently, trying to figure out digital marketing, creating content, making every beginner mistake possible 😂 and still… nothing.

barely any leads. no sales. and a whole lot of “what am i even doing?” moments.

but i kept learning about faceless marketing, digital products, affiliate marketing and how to actually create content that connects.

eventually, i found a system that finally started to make sense for me.

i’m still learning, but i finally feel like i’m moving in the right direction 🤍

if you’re starting an online business and feel completely lost too, comment START and i’ll tell you what changed for me 🧡🤍

Want to create a faceless Instagram page and make money with it? 👀

Yep, you can build an Instagram page, grow an audience and sell online without showing your face.

You can create your own digital products, promote products through affiliate marketing, or do a mix of both.

The biggest thing is just figuring out:

→ who you want to talk to
→ what you want to post about
→ what you want to sell

You really don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.

Start learning. Start posting. Figure it out as you go. 🤍

If you want to learn more about faceless marketing, digital products + affiliate marketing, comment FACELESS and I’ll send you my FREE guide to help you get started 🧡

I’m SO tired of seeing people work so hard and still feel like their money never stretches far enough 🥲

You need to book a dentist appointment, but you’re also wondering if you’ll have enough left for groceries. Then there’s birthdays, weddings, bills… and somehow, the money is already gone 💨

And sometimes you end up putting it on your credit card AGAIN, telling yourself you’ll pay it off next month… but somehow, the same cycle just keeps going.

It’s exhausting.

I’m not dreaming about designer bags or expensive clothes. I just want to be able to buy the things I actually NEED without checking my bank account three times first 🧡

That’s why I started looking into other ways to make money online.

Because having a job doesn’t always mean you have enough money left to actually enjoy your life after paying the bills.

I’m not looking for overnight success or some get-rich-quick thing.

I just want a little extra money, more breathing room, and less stress every time a new bill comes in.

And the good thing is, you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars to get started. There are ways to explore online income with a smaller budget, too.

🧡 Comment START if you’re tired of working hard but still feeling like you’re barely getting by.

It came from my stories.

Your stories can get views…

but if the people watching them still don’t understand what problem you can help them solve or why your solution could actually help them…

those views don’t mean much.

And I didn’t realize how important that was when I first started.

I was way more focused on my posts.

Creating content.
Trying to get more views.
Trying to make my feed look good.

And Stories?
I kind of treated them like an afterthought 😂

But once I started paying more attention to them, I realized something…

Your stories aren’t just there to get views.

They’re where people get to know you.

They see how you think.
What you’re working on.
What you’re learning.
What you’re struggling with.

I realized I didn’t need to sound more “salesy.”

I needed to get better at actually connecting with the person watching.

Because when people understand what you can help them with, and why your offer could actually help them, your stories start doing more than just getting views.

They can turn into conversations, trust… and eventually sales 🧡

That’s exactly what I’ve been learning to do.
create stories that feel natural, connect with the right people, and make it easier for them to see why my offer could help them.

If you want to learn how to create Stories that actually connect&make sales instead of just filling up your Story bar…

I really wish someone had told me these things when I started.

I thought more followers automatically meant more sales.

I thought good products would basically sell themselves.

I thought posting every day was enough.

I thought I had to learn everything before I could really get started.

And I definitely underestimated Stories.

7 months in, I’m still learning A LOT.

But after 5 months with no sales, I’ve now made 11 sales — and that’s something I’m really proud of.

Not because 11 sales suddenly means I’ve “made it”.

It doesn’t.

But because I didn’t quit when nothing was happening.

If you’re new to digital marketing, trying to build an online business, or working toward your first online sale, don’t assume that slow progress means you’re bad at this.

Keep learning. Keep testing. Keep going. 🤍🧡 by @camerashysmile

just trying on costumes for Cora and wondering…👇

is this scary enough or do I need to take it up a notch? 😂🎃

chucky was one of my fave horror movies growing up, and obviously the halloween movies too 👀

what was THE horror movie you loved growing up? 🎃

LET ME KNOW 🔪👇 by @camerashysmile

I honestly felt like everyone else was moving forward except me.

I was putting in the work, but nothing was happening.

I was posting.
Creating content.
Trying to stay consistent.
Taking all the advice.

And still… NOTHING.

And honestly, watching other people make sales while I hadn’t made a single one was HARD 🥲

I kept wondering… what am I doing wrong?

Eventually I realized I was focusing on the wrong things.

So I changed my strategy, stopped doing what clearly wasn’t working, and started paying more attention to what actually was.

And since then… I’ve gotten leads, DMs and 11 sales 🥹🧡

I’m still figuring things out as I go, but I know I wouldn’t have gotten here by just doing more of the same.

If you’re stuck in that same place right now, comment FIX and I’ll tell you what I changed that helped me get 11 sales after 5 months of silence 👀💸 by @camerashysmile

Here’s what I learned 👇👇

I used to think good captions meant adding more tips, more value, more information…

But I realized that people don’t connect with information alone.

They connect with moments that feel familiar.

Moments where they think:

“Wait… that’s exactly what I’m going through.”

And that’s where trust starts.

Because before someone buys from you, they need to feel like you actually understand them.

Not just that you know things.

So instead of trying to make every caption more impressive…

Try making it more relatable.

Share the problem.

Share what you learned.

Share the things you wish someone had told you earlier.

Because people don’t follow you just because of what you know.

They connect with you because of how you make them feel.

So next time you write a caption, don’t just ask yourself:

“What can I teach?”

Ask:

“How can I make someone feel understood?”

Because connection comes before conversion 🤍

Struggling with your hooks or captions?
Comment FIX and I’ll share the shift that helped me create content people actually connect with 🧡🫶 by @camerashysmile

There’s a reason you can be doing everything “right” and still not make a single sale 👇👇

You’re posting consistently.
Trying different hooks.
Rewriting your captions.
Showing up even when you have no idea what to post…

And still… NOTHING.

No leads. No sales.
Just wondering what the heck you’re doing wrong 👀

And trust me, I know that feeling.
When I started digital marketing, I went 5 months without making a single sale.

I was making mistake after mistake because I simply didn’t understand how content, marketing and selling digital products online actually worked.

It took me a while to figure out what I was missing — and once I understood what actually mattered, I finally started seeing sales.
And now i’ve made 11 sales 🧡

..and no, it wasn’t because I suddenly started posting more. I’m posting less.

I learned how to create content with a purpose instead of just creating content and hoping someone would buy.

So if you’re trying to make money online, sell digital products or build a faceless online business and you’re stuck wondering why your content isn’t converting…

Comment “SALE” and I’ll show you what you need to start doing differently if you want to turn your content into actual sales 👀 by @camerashysmile

When I started digital marketing, I’ll admit it… 👇👇
I expected results pretty quickly.

And by results, I mean sales 😅

I had seen SO many “I made a sale!” posts, and I honestly thought I’d start getting those pretty soon too.

But… yeah. That’s not how it went for me 😂

For about 5 months, I felt like I was constantly trying to figure out this whole online business thing out.

Posting content. Learning content creation. Trying different things. Changing things.

And still wondering what I was doing wrong.

I’m still learning, btw. I definitely don’t have it all figured out.

But now I finally have an actual content strategy to follow.

I know who I’m creating for, what problem I’m solving, what my content needs to do, and what I should be focusing on next.

I’m not just throwing content out there and hoping it turns into sales anymore.

And after those 5 months of struggling, I finally got 6 sales in 2 weeks 🥹🧡

So if you’re trying to grow your digital marketing business, sell digital products, and constantly wondering “what am I even supposed to be doing?”…

Your Reels can get you the views…

but your Instagram Stories are where the relationship is built 👀

And if you know you should be posting Stories, but every day you find yourself thinking:

“Okay… but WHAT do I post?”

You don’t need an exciting life to create interesting Stories.

You need to know how to turn your real life, thoughts & everyday moments into content that connects — and of course sells.

Want to stop staring at a blank Story screen and start turning your everyday life into Stories that actually lead to sales?
