I’M MOVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!
Catch me in the PNW!

This is such a bitter sweet feeling to be posting this right now, but it has been something I’ve needed to do for a long time now. And when life creates the perfect timing, you have to take it.

I don’t know where to begin, but these last 9 years in New Orleans have truly changed my life. I am forever grateful for the love, support, friendship, and community I’ve gained along the way.

I moved to New Orleans with the intention of pursuing photography and growing as an artist. And boy… can I say… WE did that! My work now compared to where I was back in 2017 is beyond growth.. it’s inexplainable.
And I couldn’t have done it without the creatives I’ve worked with along the way.

There are so many people I could thank and give credit to for believing in me and pushing me to be better, to step out of my comfort zone, to make me relax when it came to perfection… But they all know where my love lies. I’m forever grateful for all of you. We are better because of the way we pushed each other, believed in each other, supported and uplifted each other. I’ve never known friendship and a team dynamic in the ways that I do now.

The friends and soulmates I’ve met along this journey in New Orleans aren’t going anywhere. My truest best friends that have picked me up when I was at my lowest and wanted to give up, that support me and rally for me when I’m winning… I love y’all. I cherish you beyond compare.

To the clients, models, etc that trusted me with your visions, or that trusted me when I had my own.. thank you. Than you from the bottom of my heart. I am so indebted in all of you. For your patience, your kindness, your feedback, your support… thank you.

This isn’t “goodbye”. Louisiana will always be home and New Orleans will always have a special, special place in my heart. It’s just time for something new. New adventures, new opportunities, new chances to grow.

Thank you all so, so much.
I’m so grateful for all of you that have been a part of my journey here in New Orleans.

Literally had a reaction while setting up the studio for our shoot and PANICKED.

I ran to CVS, took two Benadryl, and we got busy shooting! I was absolutely NOT canceling on @taylorbanks39 😂

Maybe 30 minutes in the studio while he was in town and we captured a ton of strong images. We nailed the vision and what he wanted to show from these photos.

Vulnerable long post incoming.

This past month has been the craziest one of emotions for me. Had some great moments and some scary times all at once.

A few weeks ago I went for a routine eye exam and found out I had a hole in my retina and needed to see a retina specialist for treatment asap. I used to work at an eye clinic over 10 years ago and know how serious this can be which sent my anxiety through the roof. (So thankful to Chris, my family, and my girls @serendipity_salon_slidell for keeping me calm through the week leading up to my retina appointment.)After being evaluated by Dr. Ross (incredible doctor) of Ross Davis Retina, I in fact had not one but two holes in my retina right at the major nerve in my left eye. Dr. Ross did the laser surgery that day and the only side effects I had were a migraine for the night and scratchy feeling for a few days. My follow up this week went great and on the road to healing great!

During all of this I had an incredible masterclass with @maddiegmua_ and @makeupbymckenna__ and then @thebtcshow in Dallas!

With all this going on my anxiety has been all over the place which of course leads to some self doubt but several special people have reminded me (even some without knowing they were) that I’ve done some awesome things! After reflecting back on the masterclass and inspiration from @thebtcshow @behindthechair_com I’m feeling excited and inspired for work in the salon and on set for shoots! Couldn’t be more grateful for the people in my life constantly supporting me and encouraging me!

SELF-LOVE (2025)

As a photographer, I love capturing the beauty of a person which often lies in the things that make someone unique. Whether it’s a button nose, a chipped tooth, one dimple that sits deeper than the other. I find these qualities in other people so special and precious. Often times (daily), I don’t see quality in my appearance. Sure; in my photography I do. But outside of that, it’s a struggle of insecurities. You name it - I probably dislike it. BUT we all have our thing, right? I’m just slowly learning to accept them and feel confident in what I bring to the table.
Here’s my first step - photographing myself.
Something I often don’t do - especially shirtless. Cheers to maybe new beginnings? To self-love?
