It’s National Physical Therapy Month, and another great reason to talk about the importance of movement! 💪🏼

Regular movement helps improve mobility, maintain strength, and support our overall well-being.

In this video, we’re sharing 5 simple exercises to start your morning, help you feel more energized, and set you up for a great day! 🌤️

These exercises are suitable for people of all ages.
Just remember to listen to your body and do as many repetitions as feel comfortable for you.

What if better senior care starts long before someone actually needs care? 💭

Attending the Biohacker World Conference in Chicago was an opportunity to explore the latest conversations around healthy aging, longevity, preventative care, anti-aging technologies, innovative treatments, and ways to help people maintain their strength and independence for longer.

At Healing Care At Home, we believe senior care is not only about supporting people through the challenges of aging. It’s also about continuing to learn how we may prevent, delay, or better manage some of those challenges while improving quality of life for older adults and their families.

The future of aging is changing, and continuing education helps us stay informed, curious, and prepared to bring better knowledge and care to the people we serve.
