Nearly a week in London during summer and I’ve seen sunshine for 4 fleeting moments 🤣. It’s definitely much cooler than California right now. Looks like the US is going through hell. It’s been great catching up with friends I had made on some of the earliest trips to london some 15+ years ago. There’s something to be said when a city you’ve never lived in still feels like home. Anyways always a nice change of scenery. Currently sitting at 107kgs (235lbs) and feeling very heavy. Can’t wait to turn this cow into something less cow 🤣🤣🤣 post surgery comeback coming soon!

Still sitting pretty thicc.
Looks like its going to be a big boy summer 🤣🤦🏼‍♂️🥴. Totally not my plan but just going to have to roll with it. Nerve meds and anti inflams plus the rest seems to be doing their own thing on the inside. Just wish I could go back to old skool training and cardio and hiit. 40’s just hits different 🤣

Only a week here but always feels like home. I think because I only visit in the spring or the fall haha. Hard pass on winter and the summer because it is just too uncomfortable to enjoy. I’ll look forward to my next visit in September ✌🏽

What a great 10 days in Park City Utah. First time here and I had a blast. I really love going to new places. It’s just in my Aussie DNA. Heading back to LA today and looking forward to a normal boring routine this week 🤣. I think every trip I take I grow and become more comfortable and calm in myself. I care less and less what people think and all I want is to enjoy life. Not going to lie, my back has not been great. I have been protective of it, I’ve even slept flat on the floor to help it heal each night. Definitely need a follow up back in LA. Struggling to do basic things but I’m hitting up dry needling, Physio and Chiro when I get back to realign everything. Oh I know it’s going to be painful and I’ll need to put in the work but I need to so i can keep doing these little adventures. I really want to live my life, I don’t want to look back years from now wishing I did more cool stuff when I was younger. Happy Easter everyone ❤️

Gotta stop feeling guilty for enjoying life. Feel like I should have a job where I work in a office or at my desk doing work stuff all day. I’m serious, I suffer from guilt by not having a traditional job. I’m still doing my hustle and things are running smoothly and I’m making money and paying my way but I feel like life is being very good to me lately. 3 months in Sydney and now off to ski already. Agh I have no idea what’s going on but manifesting the life I want seems to be working. Sure beats going through that back surgery and the nasty recovery 🥴. Prob going to take it easy on the slopes 🤣⛷️

Didn’t think turning 43 would have been so incredible. This has been the most special Summer of my life. Can’t believe I leave Sydney in a couple of days, feeling emotional. Getting in some solid time with family. Wasn’t sure 3 months in Sydney was going to be this awesome. My heart is full because this little fella has changed my life. New friends, old friends and a now a much bigger family. Got to spend some amazing time with two people I have grown to love so much over the past 4 years @walts24 & @morrow76 thank you for all the love and kindness you share. Xxx
One last big World Pride Weekend about to start, let’s finish this trip with a Bang. (No tears writing this at all 🤣🤦🏼‍♂️)

So this is THICC Cam. The last few months with the lumber surgery, the recovery and trying to get back into everyday life has taken it’s toll. I’m back at the gym. Still focusing on volume instead of strength but I’m still gaining. Up to 107.5 kgs. Haven’t been this heavy in a while 🤣 2+ years of chronic pain can really slow down your motivation. Calves are still cramping and feet swollen but I was told it’s going to take many months for the nerves to heal. Just one day at a time ❤️.

I CANT WAIT TO TOUCH MY TOES AGAIN!
Hahaha I’d love to be able to put my own socks on. Today is the best day so far, still can’t bend forward but it doesn’t hurt to stand up or get in and out of bed. This is a huge win. One day at a time but with a speedy recovery hahaha. I’ll be flying back to Australia in a couple of weeks for Christmas and god dam I do not want to be in pain for that 15hr flight 😂✌🏽

1 week to go before I get my lower back surgery. Been 2 years in the making. Tried every therapy out there but my feet are still numb and my calves are always cramping.
But today I just got my haircut so I can feel less messy before getting cut open. Thank you @_a_r_t_e_m___k_ for always doing an amazing cut. Thank you ✌🏽 by @cameronbyrnespt
