Since you’ve entered my life, the entire world has been exponentially more vibrant. Meeting you for the first time felt like seeing color after a lifetime of only greyscale. As I fall deeper and deeper in love with you every day, I feel myself falling in love with the world around me, and myself, too.
Loving you and being loved in turn has been the greatest gift I could ever receive, and I feel like the wealthiest man on the planet for it. I’m so beyond thankful for everything that you are. Because of the prospect of spending a lifetime with you, the future has become so full of joyous possibility.
If all I had in this world was you, I’d be the luckiest, richest man alive.
I’m most proud of myself when I’m able to make the person I admire and care for the most happy. You are my pride and joy in every sense. I love you so so so much

I’m so excited to climb back up!!! These are the @flograppling no-gi rankings at bantamweight back in September 2023. I’m not sure who said I was from Canada, but I’ve never even visited. Cheers to the upcoming couple of years 🥂 I’m 22 years young and I want the throne. I’ll be doing everything I can to earn it. The mat doesn’t care about your job, your status, your excuses, or what you think you’re capable of.

It just asks one question:

What can you do right now?

Some rounds expose your technique.
Some expose your conditioning.
Some expose your patience.
And some expose your ego.

That’s part of why we keep coming back.

Every round gives us a chance to learn something about our Jiu-Jitsu and sometimes something about ourselves.

Tag the training partner who keeps you honest. 🤝🥋

$@grantg_jiujitsu we’re so beyond grateful and proud of you! There were so many technical details you shared with everybody, and it was an amazing first seminar for the school! I learned a ton! Everybody who missed out will have some catching up to do 💪 I’m definitely more excited about the rubber guard than I ever have been. Everyone came away better for experiencing your instruction. 😊 Thank you so so much to @angelina_m111 for coordinating the logistics behind the scenes that made everything run so smoothly! Too often the crucial work of managing the essentials and synthesizing everybody’s ideas into actionable procedures can go unnoticed, but I wouldn’t be able to do a fraction of what I do without your diligence and support. I love you baby!! by @cameronmellott$

Tomorrow. 11am. Come out and support my boy as he holds his first seminar @noquarterjiujitsu
There will be an open mat directly following.
